Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric

Working with Pleasant Air Conditioning and electric was outstanding. We lost our service on a Sunday and they came immediately to see what they could do. Unfortunately, I had an old unit and needed a new one. They made this stressful time a good one. They arrived on time to install my new unit and my home was cool by mid day! The employees were professional, courteous and did a great job. Hopefully, I will not need a new unit anytime soon. If I do I would absolutely recommend them. Actually, I have recommended them to a couple of friends and they had the same Excellent experience I did!

We highly recommend Pleasant Air Conditioning because they respond quickly after our furnace wasn't working and it was 32 degrees outside. Jeremy sent a technician, Joe out that was excellent at diagnostics, knowledgeable and polite. The quality of work was done in a professional manner. We are well satisfied and will use Pleasant Air Conditioning again. We give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being extra satisfied We will recommend to family & friends.

My 20 year old air conditioning unit finally quit and of course it was the hottest day of the year. To the rescue Pleasant AC. They came right out and diagnosed the issue. Then scheduled me the next day for my new unit. The new unit has saved me about 40 % in utility bills. The owner Jermay, Lauren and Ryan have been a pleasure to work with. Great Service!!

On a warm day in early May I had the unpleasant experience of turning on my homes air conditioning system and not seeing the inside temperature drop. Shortly thereafter my wife informed me that the air blowing from the vents 'lacked coolness' and that I had better do something to remedy the situation.
Having been thus incentivized I looked to my neighborhood blog website (Nextdoor) for local recommendations and found Pleasant Air Conditioning to be highly recommended and gave them a call.
I didn't expect to get a service call scheduled for a few day and was very happy to hear that someone would be out within 1 to 2 hours. The technician arrived on time and within 20 minutes cool air was flowing out of the vents. This fix was followed up with a check of my system for any other issues and a few recommendations regarding missing insulation. The solution to my problem was the removal of an unfortunate amphibian had not appreciated the implied threat of a 'danger- electric hazard' sign.
In short I was very impressed with Pleasant Air, would recommend them to everyone and would not hesitate to call them back for any issue including replacing my system when finally necessary.

Our unit went out on the Friday before Christmas and we called Pleasant Air to come out and check on it for us. Jeremy gave us a fantastic quote n my husband n I decided to go with them to replace the units. They planned to be at our house on Monday but it was raining cat n dogs so the team came out Christmas Eve n replaced our units. They were there for a few hours n worked diligently until both units were replaced. If you ever need a great air conditioning r electrical service company these are the people you need!

Pleasant Air is the most responsive, on time, 'do what we say' HVAC company. They installed 2 new ac/heating units about a year ago, and I have nothing but rave reviews of their professionalism and work ethic. They respond immediately to any issues...especially during a heating or cooling "emergency". They do routine maintenance on their equipment and always with a smile. They communicate well and are on time,knowlegable, and literally "Pleasant". So nice to deal with a company of integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

Pleasant Air Conditioning is the best! They were referred to us by a neighbor and have taken care of our yearly HVAC maintence as well as installing a surge protector for our unit. Jeremy, Joe, and Lauren are highly professional, dependable, and above all, honest in their work. I recommend them to everyone! I have dealt with numerous companies since purchasing our new home, and it is nice to know our HVAC system is in such good hands.

They were awesome from start to finish. Called and left a message twice and both times received a call back quickly which was a pleasant surprise. Joe Liggins was sent out and he was by far the best I’ve met in the HVAC world. Knowledgeable, patient, explained everything, gave maintenance tips, just overall awesome. My warranty is about done with them but I’ll keep calling them and recommend them for anyone else.

Very professional technicians. Installation was done very quickly. Thanks to a new energy efficient HVAC system, my electric bill is half what it was with my old system. The first annual maintenance is included. The service technician was thorough and knowledgeable. I recommended Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric to my neighbor, who also had them install a new HVAC system, and was as pleased as I was. I highly recommend this company.

Pleasant AC is a great company; always very friendly and professional. Jeremy and his team do great work and do not try to over sell you on things you do not really need. If you need HVAC work done right and at a reasonable cost, you should definitely give them a call. I cannot recommend them enough.
