Broom Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had Broom service for many years as we purchased a unit from them years ago, we have always been satisfied with their prompt and excellent service. They remind customers with a call one day prior to the service date and also a half hour before their arrival.

The technicians have been nice and friendly. The technicians this time was Paul and he worked in a timely manner, I am satisfied with the service he provided.

I am a Property Manager and we had an Owner request to use them and every aspect has been 100% amazing! They are very accommodating, professional, and punctual. Eric (I think I have it right) was the technician and he made sure to let us know exactly what was going on with the unit and some advice on what issues it may have and recommended work. I will definitely be using them again! Truly an above and beyond company.

Chris Clark and the guy with him (I didn't catch his name) both were great. They showed up within a few hours of calling. Got our air back up and going quickly for us and were very informative and knowledgeable. Chris was great in assisting us in letting us know all involved in maintaining our system. We will be calling to get on the Planned Maintenance schedule that was suggested. Great, Fast, and Friendly Service.

I’m very happy with Broom and have been for years. They are courteous, prompt, dependable, and explain what they will do and how much it will cost. Great company! They also do electrical work and have done outstanding work at my house!

I received a phone call that my car was ready to be picked up; however, I had a service call scheduled. When I called the office, they scheduled Chris to come a little later which provided me time to go and pick up my car.

Chris followed up with a phone call announcing when he would arrive. When Chris arrived, he went right to his work and provided great service with options for improvement. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

We've been very satisfied customers of Broom Heating & Air since 2008. The staff is courteous and responsive, and the seasonal maintenance program is a good value. Our technician, Brent, was very thorough and knowledgable and kept us updated on the progress of our repairs. Highly recommend!

Semi annual inspection. Arrived on time, wore booties and explained finfings

I recently had an problem of suspicious tampering of my home unit. I called Broom H&AC and the very next day I they came to service the unit. The technician, David Gregory, was very professional and understanding of my worries. A special thanks to David Gregory, who was very thorough with the unit inspection that he discovered and resolved what could have been a more expensive future problem for me. "THANK YOU, David ".

I just want to say what a wonderful experience that I had today with Broom heating and air and David. After nelting the last few weeks and waiting for someone that never came, I made a call this morning and by this afternoon they had a gentleman at my door and repairs made. The technocian was wonderful and took the time to explain ehat the problem and how he fixed it. I am sure he was hot and ready to go home but took his time and was kind and patient with me. What a find!! Broom was actually referred to me by the Carrier company when I called to see who they could recommend to fix my a/c problems. Carrier told me that Broom was Factory Certified (many other hvac companies aren't). I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Broom company. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and helpful (especially Charles). The technician that came to my house to fix my upstairs heat pump problem was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and got the job done right! Their prices are very reasonable and I will always use them for my repairs. I'll also recommend Broom to all my friends!
