I am very pleased with this vendor. Their serviceman Brian is very professional and patient in explaining to me what he is doing and why. The office staff is always professional and courteous when I have called. I plan on recommending them to neighbors and friends.

Since I started using Broom back in 2016 for my HVAC service I have been very happy with the service I have received except for one where the technician wasn't David . Since then I have asked for David and he has been my technician of choice since he first started with my annual service. If I ask him to take a peek at the duct work to make sure all was covered and taped he did so without question. I am comfortable with him coming to my home so I always ask for him if he is available. It is great to know that the person coming to check out one of the expensive appliances will do a good job for you. Thanks for the great service.

Great first experience with Broom! My father in law had an appointment today for his first preventative maintenance and was very impressed. Chris and Justin showed up on time, were very helpful and friendly. They were both very professional and informative. We will be using Broom from here on out!

Broom's service is outstanding and have reputable servicemen. They are always there when we call and we've never felt any high pressure from their representatives. Their service is always of the highest quality. We are very happy with all of their services. The fact that they can also service our gas logs fireplaces is an added bonus. Broom is the best heating and air company that we have ever used. They are greatly appreciated.

David Gregory from Broom came to our house today and worked his magic on our gas fireplace. He fixed it up in no time at all. He was not only polite but he was kind enough to explain what he was doing step-by-step so that we could understand the process. (I also appreciated the fact that he wore "booties" in the house so he wouldn't track in any dirt!) Very nice experience. I highly recommend David and this company.

Adam called in advance of his visit and showed up when he said he would. He was personable and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and what he did when he finished. He was efficient in getting the work done and considerate of the fact that I was working from home. I would highly recommend Broom Heating and & Air and thank Adam for his awesome customer service.

These people are the best! We spent a good bit of time with different staff members as we designed the system for our new home, had it installed and now we are in the PM (preventative maintenance) phase. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It's obvious this is a great company to work for as their staff is happy! We love our new HVAC and the team at Broom!

Broom Heating and Air was scheduled today for our semi annual preventive maintenance at our home. David our tech called a half hour prior to our appointment ask if he could come and we said sure. David was friendly and very professional in his appearance and manners. He checked our systems and informed us that we had a capacitor that was going bad in our upstairs blower. We asked for him to replace it and he did. We've used Broom Heating and Air for many years at two homes and can't think of a reason why we would want to. With technicians like David Gregory and appointment emails and reminders by Sammie at the office we know we chose the right company a long time ago. Thanks Broom Heating. Great job.

David with Broom Heating & Air serviced my AC today. As always, I was very pleased with the service I received. I love how the service people wear "booties" over their shoes while in my house.
