When you look up Customer Service it reads: “Customer Service is the support you offer your customers, both before and after they buy and use your products or services, that helps them (the Customer) have an easy and enjoyable experience with you.” I received more then that from Broom H&A, I was provided AMAZING Customer Service. Russ, Gina- provide excellent phone service, Paul- the fireplace guy replaced my vent less gas FP with ease and made the new one fit perfect, Adam- the electrical guy replaced my stove exhaust and had to replace a part of the exhaust pipe and it looks beautiful, Stetson, Edwin, and Kevin- the gas line installs guys put in a new gas line and hooked up my new gas stove plus extra for me. Not a one of them left a mess. Yep, they cleaned up after themselves. Every one of them had a job to do and boy did they deliver good quality care and Broom is reasonably priced too. I am so happy I found them online.

Broom just completed my semi annual maintenance on my ac/heating unit. I always recieve excellent service and the technicians are top notch. As usual, Devin was wonderful. He gave us a great future plan for our system while being courteous and knowledgeable. On top of that, my picky dog loves him. 😀

A business is no better than its employees. From the initial call (Gina & Niki), to sales (Daniel) to The tech (Grant), Broom H&A figured that one out a long time ago.
I needed duct work, HVAC maintenance, and a split unit raised off the ground. Grant took the lead on those projects. Broom could not have a better person to represent. The projects were completed on time and the quality of the work is 5 star. The price was very reasonable and I wasn't coaxed into something I didn't need. I was explained what was to be done in a language even I could understand. Broom said numerous times, "we want you to be happy" and the job done right. I highly recommend Broom H&A. They have the knowledge, crew and skills for any project and you'll be treated with respect. Thanks Broom!

My technician is professional, on time,kind spirited and loves racing cars, but even more so he is through in his efforts and diligent. I believe a client mentioned customer service.. Broom is customer SUCCESS. Meaning they get ahead of the problem before it becomes a bigger problem. Get the maintenance package. It's worth every penny. I can't leave without mentioning how professional and kind the young woman in the office is. She loves tacos!

We recently noticed that we only had good airflow from our vents on one side of the house. We switched our heating/air service with in the last two years to Broom and signed up for the maintenance agreement program. So, I have seen a few technicians over that period. Everyone that I have met has been professional, on time, knowledgeable and given great advice on keeping our unit running well. I could not be happier with their service. I called on Wednesday morning about our recent problem and they had Jermaine there the same afternoon. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same night. He was so nice and friendly, even though he was not working in an easily accessible area for the repair. We have been living in Blythewood for about 12 years. I wish we had switched heating and air companies sooner. I am happy to support this locally owned business!

The technician arrived on time and checked the AC unit. After checking, he came in and showed me a piece of tubing that I thought had been removed from my unit with a 1/4 " hole in it which looked as if it was drilled. They wanted to replace the whole unit for $11,125.00. I told him I needed a second opinion.
It turned out we only needed freon.

I would have given them 5 stars but the previous technician 1 1/2 mos ago didn’t find the root problem. Today’s guy came for gas log - he did a fabulous job! And, he found a leak which should have been found which caused our heat pump unit to act up a couple of months ago. All their techs have been very nice and professional!

We have done business with Broom Heating and Air for over 30 years . They are the only company I have ever needed. They are efficient, professional , and courteous. Their work is impeccable and done professionally . I recently had two units replaced at a reasonable rate that had been in place for 18 and 15 years. Obviously the equipment they install is quality.
