Have had years of dependable service from Broom. My husband especially sensitive to temp changes so the maintenance contract was particularly important to us to keep systems in good repair and to know that if issues arose, the professional technicians would promptly be on the spot to fix the problem. We were never disappointed with the service and highly recommend Broom to all homeowners for your comfort and system safety.

I inherited this company's business because they worked with the previous owners of the house we purchased. We haven't switched companies because they have been fantastic. The technicians that come out have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable (for the stuff we had purchased), and they stick to their schedule. If you're looking around for heating and air then it might be worth giving them a call.

We switched to Broom in 2019 when our new home had a carrier system they had installed in 2007 and our previous company was not familiar with Carrier. They have been fantastic from day one. They are honest, fairly priced, and super responsive. They have gone over above and beyond to ensure that the new system we just installed a few months ago has been operating properly and is meeting our needs. Ben Roberts came out to quality check the installation a few weeks after installation and came back last week for our spring cleaning and check up. He was extremely thorough and made sure that we were happy with how everything was operating. Could not recommend a better company out there!

Broom installed my system in 2015 and has been providing my preventative maintenance ever since. Paul E. does a thorough job each time and is always courteous and professional. He is knowledgeable and answers any questions I might have. I have had excellent service and would recommend this company.

We needed a new thermostat for our HVAC system, and yesterday, Ben from Broom Heating and Air came to fix it. Ben could not have been more knowledgeable or personable. He installed the thermostat and spent a lot of necessary time (We are in our 70s!) to make sure we knew every aspect of operating it. He was totally invested. We’ve had a lot of professionals visit our house over the years, but Ben is among the very best we’ve ever had.

These friendly folks helped me out pretty well after having extensive water damage that included needing repairs to the HVAC. Special call-out to Sam, the service manager, who made sure that I was taken care. Adam & Brian did the work and made sure it was done right.

Broom has been maintaining my HVAC system since I moved to SC. They are responsive, efficient and always ready to help out when in need. The service tech's (Ben) last visit was able to ID small problems that I would have never know but would have cause big problems for me in the future. Ben corrected them on the spot. They also call ahead of time to let me know they are on their way to my home for the appointment. Highly recommended.

Broom Heating and Air are complete professionals. They are top notch from the first person you talk to on the phone to the techs and sales folks. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. No pressure sales, no run around.

I have used Broom services prior to incident and was extremely happy with the service and decided to call on them again. Grant came right on time for the appointment and look at the problem. Grant showed me that I was not getting power because the circuit breaker had broken off and new circuit breaker had to be replaced. Grant said he called Sam at the office and will be delivering the circuit breakers to be replaced. I told Grant that I needed to be at another appointment and call me as soon as it was completed. Grant also said that he had to leave and will be back once the part arrived to install the circuit breaker. After being on the road for about 15 minutes I received a call from Sam that I need to pay for the service call.

I told him that once its been completed I have no problem of paying for everything after it's been all completed. Sam was very rude and stating that the service call had to be paid before 'HE EVEN LOOKS FOR THE PART 'because the places he checked didn;t have the circuit breakers. I told him that I needed heat that it was going to be nearly 30 degrees that night and if the heater isn't fixed there " NO HEAT". All he wanted was my payment and no interest in looking for the part to fixed the heater, I told him I have used there service prior and this was the first time I had to pay up front and always paid for everything once the work was completed. Finally after 20 minutes of going back and forth and he demanding payment . I said I'll go find the part that needs to be replaced and you could come back and finished the work.

After visiting 3 places I finally located the part at Capital City Plumbing Inc. Then I proceed to call back Sam to see when Grant can come back out and replace the breakers. Sam told me to look for another heating and air company because he didn't want to do business with me. I was so furious that I just hanged up on him and called another company. I DON'T KNOW IF ITS THERE JOB JUST TO COLLECT SERVICE CALLS BUT THE EXPERIENCE I HAD IT'S UNBELIEVEABLE !!! ALL THERE JOBS CAN'T BE EASY ONES THAT TAKES 5 MINUTES. I REALLY NEEDED THE HEATING SYSTEM WORKING THAT DAY AND THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. ONLY THE SERVICE CALL PAYMENT ". WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER !!!!!! I hope that this helps somebody to make a wise decision.
