5 STARS! First off, we have had about 6 different HVAC technicians from different companies come out to fix our heating system. They all couldn’t figure it out. We called Gas Pro and their service manager Eric was AMAZING he responded quickly and on a weekend!!! I was really impressed with Eric’s professionalism and genuine concern for our well-being (without heat). THEN.. Rob and Irving come out to tackle our heating issue. They are knowledgeable, polite, great with my dog, and best of all FIXED THE PROBLEM! Thank you Gas Pro!

This is the second time I called this company, for an estimate they came they said that to give them two or three days to come up with an estimate and they’ll either call me or email me with the price. That was over three weeks ago still haven’t had a call or an email from them. I do not know how this company does business. And no I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I definitely recommend Gas Doctor. They are awesome!!! I have had two experiences with them and have been very pleased on both occasions. They put in a heating system for me years ago in my old house and their price was reasonable and the service was great!

Then I called Gas Doctor this morning because my central air conditioner in my new home wasn't running. Eric responded immediately and I was able to get my AC up and running before this heat wave kicks in for the next 3 days. I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, professional and don't break the bank. I'm truly grateful. Thank you, Eric!!

The repairman, Tom, was awesome. Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I hadn't used this service for over 5 years and was worried from some negative reviews online, but I was very happy with the results. One of the office staff that helped me reschedule my appointment was also nice and professional on the phone. That makes such a big difference when dealing with repair/service businesses. I have made another appointment to have my gas fireplace fixed next.

Extremely satisfied with this company. Not only could I gat a quick appointment, but they were on time. The very knowledgeable associates (Irving & Rob) who came to my home were quick to find the problem (electrical circuit board) and had the parts to correct the problem. Would defiantly recommend without hesitation.

The tech Billy was punctual and professional. Figured out the problem after two other companies could not—-in process of ordering the part. Hopefully the professional service will continue ty!!!!

Well come to find out new tech came with part — not working and he said it was—lied to my face—Matt…..sending someone again—paid 900 change up front for nothing so far!!!!!!!

Called Gas Doctor Gas Pro on the after hours emergency line due to a gas boiler that was not heating. I described the issue to Irving and told him what I did to troubleshoot. He said he was 95 % certain it would just be a bad theromstat that needs to be replaced (easy and I can do myself). One hour and a new thermostat later and I'm back in business. Thank you for saving me the repair cost on this simple fix. I will be sure to use your company for my heating issues going forward!

Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 because, Matt from Gas Doctor called us later in the day to attempt to help solve the problem. He was apologetic and took ownership of what had happened, and got someone out immediately to look at my sink/water pressure, and we really appreciated that gesture.

We had some service done to our boiler; after the service was completed, I no longer had water pressure to my kitchen sink. The tech left, stating it wasn't his problem because he was not a plumber. I spoke with the supervisor who reiterated this. I was then told that it is sometimes something that happens and there's nothing they can do about it. They took no responsibility, and told me they'd come back out to look and then again charge me.

I am very satisfied with this company's professionalism and devotion to their customers. About four months ago they installed a circulator pump which after 3-4 months began making very loud noises all throughout the cold days and nights. I called the company and they initially explained to me that it was under only a three month warranty and they would not be able to cover it because it was just passed that time. I was very disappointed and left them a disheartened review on their Google page and about 20 minutes later they called me wanting to find a resolution. They returned to my property and free of charge installed a bypass to my circulator which allowed cooler water to enter the pump. The noises were caused by stream getting caught in the pump because the water was too hot directly from boiler. They explained that my system (steam boiler with water baseboard loop attached) is not really an ideal system and commonly has problems. I was very appreciative that they took that time to make my system work even though it wasn't their fault that I have a system that was combined together in a manner that apparently isn't the best. Long story short, the circulator pump is working great and is very quiet, and I can sleep restfully again!! Thank you so much!!!!
