Josh was very professional and came the next day after I called him. He was right on time and saved me from having no AC all weekend. If I have any more problems I would definitely use him again and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I needed a quote on replacing my very old ductless a/c system. I called JT Mechanical and spoke with the owner Josh. He came out the next day to look things over and give me a quote. A week later i have a new ductless mini split system with heat pump. Josh had the job done on my cape style home in one day. Couldn't be happier with the job he did. Total pro. Our furnace went down the same day we had to drive to jersey for the weekend and we ca.e home with 2 kids 3 and under to a freezing house and I called 4 different places before I called Josh and the next appt I could get was 2 weeks out! That just wasn't going to work for us. Then we called Josh and he was unbelievable. He was in the middle of moving but was so accommodating. He wanted to come help as soon as he could and he promised he would be there within 24 hours! He ended up coming that night!! Amazing!! He got the furnace to work for the night and came back the very next day with all the parts to make it work longterm and extend the life of our middle aged furnace. Thank the universe he came to help 🙏 he was also affordable and gave an itemized invoice of all the expenses and I could pay online thru the invoice email which was very convenient. Thank you Josh! Next is flushing the tankless water heater!!

Josh recently installed AC mini split units an my complicated 8 room Cape. Josh told me step by step his installation plans and summarized it all in an email complete with photos.
