Josh was a refreshing change from all the overpriced, overconfident supposed air conditioning repair people out there. After being burned twice by a reputable company, Josh saved the day. He completely repaired our older Mitsubishi mini split where everyone else wanted us to just purchase a new one. Besides being trustworthy and friendly, the work was done efficiently and expertly. We highly recommend JT Mechanical.

Had Josh over to service our AC system and to quote a replacement for an old in-wall unit left by the previous owners. Josh was super responsive and very transparent through the whole process. We ended up going with an upgrade to our existing central-air system as it fit better with our needs. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch, prices were fair, and I'd recommend Josh to anyone in the area without a second thought. One of the best house contractor/vendor experiences I've ever had.

We were looking for an HVAC specialist to switch from window AC units to ductless mini splits. We heard about Josh through word of mouth and from start to finish it was a really great experience. He explained exactly what system we would need that would fit our home. Josh worked extremely fast and was even able to install the system sooner than we expected (just in time for the heat wave!). Would highly recommend working with Josh and JT Mechanical.

I used JT Mechanical to install duct vents on 4 commercial ovens at my work establishment. Within minutes of speaking to Josh I was sending him over pictures of the job and from that point on the line of communication was so smooth and prompt. Josh went above and beyond, helping us make sure we had the right parts for our ovens, even in spite of this being his first job working with commercial ovens. We coordinated the parts and in only a couple days, he was at the facility installing the first round of vents and accommodating my scheduling requests. The last 2 ovens were finished today and I couldn't be happier with Josh's work on this project, remaining nothing but courteous, prompt and responsible the entire time. I will certainly be calling Josh back in the event of other HVAC projects or issues, as it is difficult to find a reliable HVAC technician in the state of Rhode Island that takes pride and ownership of their work. Thanks again for all your help on this project Josh, especially given the rather short notice.

Look no further! My A/C stopped blowing cold air and it was miserable in the house. I contacted 4 businesses trying to find an emergency service call and had to leave messages to all, not one called me back. I was back to square one hoping to find someone, I came across JT Mechanical. I called and on the second ring I was speaking with the owner Josh…..I explained to him what was going on and he gave me his best guess of what he thought the problem was. Josh then said that he would try and get to me that same day. I was not optimistic after hearing that, I heard that to many times in the past and not one came through. Shortly after I received a text from Josh stating he was on his way, my thoughts were completely wrong. Josh was not only a man of his word, but he went above and beyond explaining exactly what my problem was as well as pointing out another issue that I had no idea I had, which would have caused me issues in the near future. Josh came out to look at my AC after another company already did. The other company told me it was my Nest thermostat that was problem and if I replaced it it would work again....well it didn't. Josh came in and diagnosed the problem in minutes and had my AC functioning again within about a half hour. His rate was reasonable and he showed up when he said he was going to. I'd recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

JT Mechanical is absolutely fantastic!!!!! Response was immediate and he showed up on time (despite the road being paved and having to seek an alternate route). JT mechanical is the ONLY company I would referr to friends and family!!! Four OTHER "specialist" walked away, making zero progress after several hours and charging us for nothing. Josh came in extremely professional and personable and within a half hour detected the problem. After no central air for 3 weeks, our system was up and running great before 10 am! We are beyond greatful! Thanks Josh!!! You have definitely gained repeat customers!!

Found my new HVAC guy! I needed a ductless mini-split moved from the 2nd floor to the basement. Contacted JT Mechanical and Josh stopped by the next day to quote the job. He had my mini-split moved and serviced within a half day. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, high quality work A+++

Called Josh at JT Mechanical and he literally came by that same day! Explained I was having a water drain issue with my minisplit unit. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to resolve it. He not only cleared my drain line but cleaned my filters and internal parts on my unit (which was mounted about 15 ft above the floor level.) He then went outside and checked my refrigerant pressure and also washed down the condenser unit, that had some debris trapped in it which was affecting the efficiency of my minisplit. Thanks to Josh, my 10 year old minisplit is running like new again! All at a reasonable price! Highly recommend his services if you want the job done right!
