I contacted Sal Heat & Cooling and the technician was able to provide same-day service and fixed our problem on his first visit. He only charged his consultation fee and did not charge for fixing the issue on top of that. He was very professional, dressed in a uniform, wore a mask, kept his distance, and was careful not to touch unnecessary surfaces. The communication was excellent, with texts to schedule and confirm he was on his way. Excellent service!
We have had a maintenance contract with Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair for close to 4 years, and it has been well worth it. Fortunately we have had few problems with our geothermal system, but the couple we had, Newton Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical Repair addressed in a timely manner, were knowledgeable, and followed through till it was resolved.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company. Their customer service is outstanding. They were able to provide a very reasonable price for the service and were honest about what needed to be fixed. I will use them every time!
The owner was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in HVAC. You can tell he loves his profession and wants the customer to be satisfied. My furnace is in my attic with less space to move around but his employee who installed the motor completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. You will not be disappointed if you call Sal Heat & Cooling for your next HVAC service call.
Professional service from Taylor. He kept me informed throughout the process. Fully explained the inner workings of my heating/ac system. Effectively troubleshot and fixed prior mistakes made by other technicians. I will definitely be calling them for my AC and heating needs in the future.
We recently had our roof replaced by this company and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work. The crew was professional and efficient, completing the job in a timely manner. The new roof looks great and we have had no issues since it was installed.

I hired them to install a furnace and air conditioner, and they did a great job. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was done right.
This is not a local company. I reached home insurance sellers when I called their number. they sold me a home insurance plan which was suppose to cover the visit. Then they sent a subcontractor to investigate the issue with the furnace. Noise was gone but the person just charged me $125 none the less. I would recommend Pearce heating whose tech came earlier, said that furnace is fine I don’t need to change any part and didn’t charge anything. I agree with other reviewer, this looks like a scam.
Service was outstanding from the point of scheduling, renewing service plan to the technician providing service and answering all questions I had. This has been one of the best companies I have used and will continue to use for my heating and ac needs. Woke up this morning with one of our heating units not working. Based on the yelp reviews called Sal Heat & Cooling and within an hour and half tech was at our door. Friendly, professional and overall amazing service and exceptional experience! Based on our experience, we signed a maintenance agreement with the company. Highly recommend them.

Sal Heat & Cooling are awesome! I called to schedule an appointment and Willy had excellent customer service! He was efficient and very friendly and made me an appointment immediately! He came out and got the job done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend Sal Heat & Cooling!
This is a complete scam. Not a real company! Try to sign you up for a $150 all inclusive service for everything in your home. Too good to be true. Don't waste a call.
Willy and John at Sal Heat & Cooling came to my home today to repair my AC unit. Excellent job. They were professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing. I definitely recommend both Sal Heat & Cooling and the technicians. They live up to their reputation!
