I had a very positive experience with Quick Water Heating Repair, technician Tom B. In layman's terms he explained step-by-step everything he was doing and why. He was very thorough and he quickly noticed a jury-rigged fix with regard to the capacitor that our previous service provider had installed. He changed it out with quality parts and I'm certain he saved me hundreds of dollars in future repairs by doing things the right way. You can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended.
Justin was very nice and knowledgeable about our a/c and what it took to repair it. He fixed the air conditioning unit within minutes. Quick Water Heating Repair fit us in for the next day so we were able to come home immediately. They deserve five stars by far.

Installers arrived early. They laid tarps on all traffic areas of carpet and tile to protect the flooring before installing. After installation, I noticed a wiring issue on the new AC unit along with a slight rattle noise. The installers quickly resolved the issue. After install was complete, they cleaned up everything and vacuumed. They also helped us program the thermostat to our cell phones. They reviewed and explained all of the work that they did. Will highly recommend this company to anyone ---Excellent customer service!
I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the person who answered the phone, to the technician who serviced our air conditioner, I am thoroughly impressed! Mark was extremely professional and personable. I had smelled something when my a/c kicked on that concerned me. He thoroughly inspected the heating element in the attic, as well as, the a/c unit outside. He asked questions to try and diagnose the smell and explained everything he looked at and what he saw. I fully trust him and will be using Quick Water Heating Repair from now on and will be asking for Mark! Thank you!

We had to replace two toilets on a tight schedule taking into consideration some challenging room dimensions. Not only did Quick Water Heating Repair technician help us figure out exactly which model would fit the space (with inches to spare), but he was able to install them quickly (even when he had to remove and replace a door in the process). We have had Quick Water Heating Repair help us with a number of projects over the years and are always very satisfied with how professional, skilled, and kind he is. Old toilet broke past the point where we could do a small repair ourselves. Quick Water Heating Repair plumber arrived quickly, as always, and quoted repair cost vs replacement cost. I'm so glad we chose to replace it! The job was done much faster than expected, and the installation was neat. Heath installed the water heater and was very personable. I'm very happy to have found them, service is excellent start to finish.
I would 100% recommend Quick Water Heating Repair. I was clueless who to call and trust. Unfortunately, they were not my first call but from here on out will be the only (BEST) Plumber I Call. They came to my rescue after another plumbing company had complications turning off the water main and said the County would to have to come out and it turn off. Claimed they spent too much time at my location and would have to come back yet another week later. Quick Water Heating Repair had NO problems turning off the water main and charged me less for both jobs, unclogging kitchen drain & repairing water heater pipe than what another company was going to charge me for fixing the water heater. Quick Water Heating Repair in my book is the BEST!

We had a plumber visit and fix a pressure issue in our shower. Service was excellent and prompt. Quick Water Heating Repair technician was helpful and cleaned up afterward. Shower now works perfectly.
