Alex and his team arrived on time, were professional, and explained all that they were going to install. We had a new heat pump installed and a new water heater. They were careful in moving around the garage and installing the equipment. They answered all our questions and were knowledgeable on the products. I appreciated their patience with questions since we had some new equipment installed! We highly recommend them!
Dave and Jordan were courteous, effective and very organized. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after. They provided us with photos to show progress and status. We are very happy with All Climate and their staff
Edit: 5 stars to 1 star. 6/23/2023: this afternoon, we discovered that our thermostat was off. I called them at 5, and their answering service notified their "on-call engineer". We hadn't heard back by 7:30, called again. It's now 9:45, and we still haven't heard back. I decided to open up the furnace, as they had done some wiring work, and discovered: 1. They could not fit the cover back on as manufactured, so they decided to drill new holes for the screws. 2. And this is EGREGIOUS - because they were unable to replace the cover properly, they decided to ELECTRICAL TAPE the safety shut-off switch down, which is supposed to disengage when you remove the cover, I assume to prevent you from ELETROCUTING YOURSELF. Photos incoming once my wife is done haranguing the poor answering service employee. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. All Climate (Alex and crew) performed an AC install for us on 6/22/23. Scheduling was a little over sold - when chatting with sales, they had a four day lead time for installations, but after signing, installations were four weeks out. Could be that I misheard. Had a great experience with the installation; on time (early, actually), friendly, clean. Done in about 6 hours, we will see how the inspection goes!
All Climate was recommended to me by an HVAC contractor I know that was too far away and they totally delivered. I had inquired about getting whole house AC several years ago and the sales guy said it was not possible. I called All Climate out to give it another shot and they looked things over and said it was no problem. They gave me a couple of different options and I signed them up. Their office called to remind me the day before that they were coming, which is always nice. They techs then actually showed up 10 minutes early, which does not normally happen. They did the install, asked if they could rotate part of the set up I had already to make it easier to replace filters and swept and vacuumed. These guys were great and they earned my maintenance work.
Troy is the best! Troy has been my guy for 15 years! He is great at diagnostic and problem solving. He finds the solution to the problem!!! Over the years Troy has installed a new gas furnace, gas fireplace, and gas generator in my Seattle home. Just recently he installed a new ductless heating and hvac units in my Snohomish home. He always goes over and beyond the call of duty with his dedication and professionalism. We will always use Troy for our Hvac needs!
Installers were excellent. They were very professional as well as knowledgeable about the product and the installation requirements. They answered my questions respectfully and with understanding. Very glad that I chose All Climate for this work. Highly recommend!
We had All Climate Heating & Air remove our old gas furnace and water heater and replaced them with a new electric Bosch heat pump system / air handler and new 50-gallon electric hot water heater, which gives us A/C cooling as well. The installation was done in a single day (on the day scheduled) and couldn't have gone any smoother. The new units are much quieter and cleaner than our old units and we now have a gas-free utility closet. The installation included a new ecobee smart thermostat that should save our monthly heating bills. The All Client team also made sure the units we installed not only comfortably heat and cools our space but are also eligible for the federal tax rebates.
Jason and his team installed a gas line for my new stove. They were prompt, and they completed the job on time despite the many problems that come with a gas line installation on a 50 year old house and they did it with a great attitude. I couldn't recommend them more!
PSE recommended All Climate to cut and cap a gas line to a gas fireplace we decommissioned as a part of a remodel. They were able to complete the service quickly and efficiently for reasonable cost.

I selected All Climate for a heat pump system based on the professionalism and creativity of Cal Fuqua. He came to the estimate meeting well-prepared, asked great questions, took detailed measurements, was highly responsive to my emails and calls, and set clear expectations for the installation process. What set Cal apart from others was his professional and competitive proposal. The five companies I met with each proposed a different system. It is so important to do independent research and ask a lot of questions. I purchased a multi-unit Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat system, ducted upstairs and ductless downstairs. The system operates in near silence and the outside unit is equally as quiet. The installation team, led by Andrew, was excellent, explained their work, completed the installation on time, and left the installation site spotless. Jeremy, the electrician, worked quickly and performed excellent work. My interactions extended to others at All Climate (Holly and Eddie), and I came away so impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service. All Climate is an extremely well-managed company and is my go-to company for HVAC needs.
We had a roof mounted heat pump installed. They were excellent to work with and the installation team was highly professional, efficient and did a very thorough, neat and expert job. Highly recommended!
They installed my furnace during January and I regretted so much choosing this company because there were so many issues that I just cannot handle this anymore. 1. Improperly installation which caused water leaking from roof. Finally, they got it fixed after multiple calls. 2. A/C was not wired properly now A/C unit was not turned on. 3. I thought they finally fixed the A/C issue today, now the thermostat went blank after repair. I will have to call them again to get this fixed. I don't understand why there were so many positive reviews however my experience was totally different.
Fair prices and good service. Even though my worst fear was confirmed. My 10 year old heat pump has failed. They don't make heat pumps to run for 20+ years anymore. That is just the sad reality.
My first call with All Climate started at July 2022, after severals appointment, they finally fixed the leak in my AC at Sept 2022. Now (May 2023) I tried to turn the AC, it cannot turn on. Seems it is leaking again. I called the emergency line, they can come and check 15 days later. I really hope they can come earlier just to check.
Replaced A/C Coil, the two guys showed up on time and ready to go. Great job they did, I’d recommend All Climate for your A/C or Heating needs. At least have them come out and take a look.

I called them because my heat pump showed an error message that it “needs Freon”. Well, they charged close to $200 to come and say there is a leak. They will charge another close to $1500 for leak search. Then further charges for repair. I don’t understand the first diagnosis charge when they couldn’t find anything. At least it should be absorbed in the next level diagnostic (leak search). Unnecessary double diagnostic steps. Not a good value Called another contractor who topped off the Freon for $300. Problem solved.
Nathan is a fantastic technician and worked tirelessly over many visits to make sure my new hybrid heat pump/natural gas furnace system got up to running properly. Despite several setbacks, Nathan was always friendly while undeterred in working toward an eventual solution. I recommend All Climate due to great employees like Nathan
