So impressed with Pearce heating. Great crew, professional and thoughtful. Spent quality time with us to help us figure out what we needed and then educated us on how the new system worked. Job done on time and on budget. I will definitely be using them for annual maintenance.

Bill's experience and maintenance history servicing these HVAC units really helped. FYI our furnace and A/C are way beyond their expected service lives and we really appreciated Bill's maintenance efforts and guidance on how to best manage this effectively going forward.
Pearce heating did a full system install (AC as well as Furnace) around September 2020. They also added a new air return to my upstairs and reconfigured my supply ducts in my crawl space so that I can push more air upstairs. I am more than happy with the work they did at my home; The house is much more comfortable while using heating and cooling. Brian, Tim, and the crew were respectful, on time, and fun to interact with whenever I had any questions. They worked for around a week and completed all the tasks with due diligence. Their recommendations are practical, cost effective, and their execution is perfect; I would definitely recommend them!
They replaced my 20+ year old furnace and A/C with new Bryant units. Their installation was quick, efficient, and smooth! I would like to call out my Lead Installer Travis W., for his ingenuity and craftsmanship in customizing and working within the small space where my furnace is located. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them and Pearce Heating & A/C, Inc.
Phenomenal service, they came out on a Sunday, the hottest day of the year so far, to fix our much needed air conditioning! We are forever grateful! Cannot recommend them highly enough! ⅕
Pearce is a fantastic business where going above and beyond is their standard operating procedure. Every interaction with the team, every service has been outstanding. We had an issue with our AC over a very hot weekend. The super duo of Alison and Mr. Claire organized and arranged for a service appointment within hours, on a Sunday. Mr. Claire is always pleasant and shared his findings where I learn every time. I can’t say enough as to how much I appreciate this amazing business and wonderful team.
Installed our AC recently. Did an amazing job talking us through the options and pricing, and assisting with the rebate process from PSE. Professional crew did a clean install and left things cleaner than they found them. Hands down the best experience I’ve had on a home project.
We've been Pearce customers since 2004, and the previous homeowners were customers before that. The Pearce crew installed our a/c many years ago (promptly, during a heat wave) and replaced our furnace more recently. Clair comes out each year to do our maintenance, and has always been very honest about what does or does not need to be done. The one time we had a problem with our system, it was fixed within the day. We've always had a great experience with Pearce and appreciate their reliability and communication.
Pearce Heating & A/C does a terrific job! They put in our whole furnace/air/water heater system a few years ago and it has been terrifc. Clair was our maintenance tech, keeping things working well and he does a great job. We're solid for another year.

I feel lucky to have found them. A great local company that excels in customer service, honesty and taking pride in their work. They steered me away from “upgrades” that would have been a waste of money. They were punctual and professional. You can’t go wrong with this team. I’ve been super impressed with their work and give them my highest recommendation.
Pearce Heating & A/C is the best in the area. Ethical, responsive, customer focused, and high-quality service. Our sales tech Bill was patient and extremely helpful throughout the process- all the way from bid to install complete. Install technician Lead Tim was very friendly and so were install techs- James, Peter, and Justin. After our furnace was installed, we continued to experience some issues with furnace not kicking-in when it supposed to. Bill was very responsive every time I called him and came right away to check it out. Apparently, our furnace situation was a corner case scenario due to the house structure and was not something even that they had experienced in past. However, Bill, Tim, and crew came back and pretty much spend a whole day to fix the issue with no complaints. I appreciate their positive attitude and drive to provide the best and top-quality customer service. I would highly recommend them.
Our heater stopped working, and the company that installed it came out, diagnosed it as a bad draft inducer motor, gave us a very high estimate to replace it, said that getting the part could take a while, and instead recommended to replace the furnace (which they could do within 48 hours). Our furnace is 15 years old, still has 5-10 years of life left on it. So, looking for more options, I called Pearce on Thursday afternoon. Sandra was able to get a quote to replace the motor from her tech over the phone within 30 minutes, and they had the part overnighted. Bill came out Friday morning and replaced the motor (in addition to inspecting for other issues). Pearce charged about 30% less than what the other company wanted for replacing the part, and got our heat back on much quicker. Highly recommended!
It was refreshing to work with a Company that was honest, hassle-free, very professional and reasonably priced. Clair, James, Travis and TJ did an amazing job installing my new furnace and A/C System. I would highly recommend Pearce Heating & A/C for all of your HVAC needs.
We have used Pearce Heating for years and have always had excellent service. I called Heidi last week for an appointment this week and she was helpful and efficient (I had a couple of questions additional questions which she patiently answered). Today Bill came out to service our furnace. He was on time, even early, and took care servicing our equipment. Bill also gave us some advice on what maintenance should be done on an older unit we have had for over 20 years. I appreciate their honesty and hard work!
