Our service tech was awesome! He showed up within the service window, was professional, worked quickly, shared his knowledge with me on multiple mechanical issues, and even gave maintenance tips! I would definitely recommend using Hamilton Heating & Cooling if you are having troubles!

Jeff and his team were fantastic in every way. Jeff was quick to respond and come over; he assisted me in diagnosing the problems with the HVAC system and provided me with several options and recommendations. Because our furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser were nearly 30 years old, not well installed or maintained by previous homeowners, and Jeff quoted an acceptable price, I decided to have them replaced. He was able to schedule the job in less than a week and complete it in just one day. Jeff and his crew were neat, courteous, and professional, and they did an excellent job of resolving my cooling issues. I highly recommend Hamilton Heating & Cooling!
I called them at 9 am for service on my furnace, they said they would be there between 11am and 2 pm and sold me a maintenance program over the phone and never showed up or contacted me. I called at 3 pm and talked to someone in Chicago who did not speak english and put me on hold for 30 min and would not let me s I eak to a manager. They informed me that the management teamm only works from 10 am till 1 pm. Thus i wasted an entire day . They said the first technician was not qualified for the job and the other technician was too far away. Thus I have yet to have my furnace fixed and their computer canceled my job at the end of the day . Very disappointed.
