Alex heating installs two ACs and one furnace for my two homes - one in 5 years ago and one this year. In both cases they perform great work with very reasonable prices. It was done in order and really fast. I would recommend them with a high rating!
This is an absolutely AWESOME company. In a post COVID world where wait times and materials shortages are causing other HVAC companies to delay 6 months or more per job, Alexander's is able to show up FAST and install quicker than anyone else can. Even for repairs of old systems they didn't install, they are FAST! Love them! If you need HVAC work done, check them out!!!
Had an emergency at the office when our AC unit stopped working. Alex was not only less expensive than the other quotes but quicker! He was able to get us up and running the next day as our server room was completely down due to heat. I highly recommend them. He even gave me a recommendation for a cheaper unit that was better than what I had previously asked for. Best heating company in Bellevue hands down.

Alex and his team came to the rescue during one of the now many hot spells. We had a new born at home and we’re concerned with how toasty our house gets. It was their busy season and our AC broke. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the appropriate parts and explain everything to us. The service was great and everyone was super helpful. We’ve been using them for our regular serving and highly recommend Alex and his team to friends and family! Thank you!

We hired Alexander’s heating to install a new furnace and heat pump after the heatwave convinced us it was time for AC. His team deinstalled an old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace. They did a fantastic job, the new system install is very clean and uncluttered. His techs were professional and worked efficiently. Equipment works great!

If I could give zero stars I would. Alexander's heating installed a Fujitsu mini split system for me in 2015. In May of 2022, the system had an epic failure. I've now had 6 different HVAC experts, technicians and sales people out from 4 different industry companies to give bids on repair versus replacement. Each and every one has started by saying what a "horrible installation job" "total neglect" "not the standard for safety or material even in 2015." On top of that, I had Alexander's heating out first, Dean Covell, since they did the job. Its been a month now. No repair bid, no return calls or texts, never connected me with the Fujitsu rep "the next day" as promised. They will not give me the phone number for the owner and Alex has not returned my communications. They are clearly avoiding my communications because they saw what a terrible job was done when they came out and are trying to avoid taking responsibility for their terrible work. More than one service tech has said that their poor installation was definitely the reason the unit failed. It should've lasted me 15 years, it only lasted 7. And not seeing the damage show up until 7 years later is totally feasible.
We had an AC system installed and replaced our failing furnace and water tank. As the old saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words. Just look at the before and after. The installation exceeded my expectations. Dean came out to make the bid and explained everything and was communicative throughout the entire process. The installers, Peter and Nick, were beyond fantastic. Professional, friendly, and everything was clean at the end of the day. Alexanders was recommended by my neighbor and I see why. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my HVAC system and would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.
Very unprofessional experience with this business. Cheaper by comparison, but not worth the hassle. Would recommend a more established firm. Don't expect to hear back from the owner if you have a problem... we did not. We are still waiting to hear back from Alex.
After purchasing my house, I had numerous questions and issues with my HVAC system. The Tech which came to my house was able to show me key things to look for, basic trouble shooting and first time home owner knowledge points which have been invaluable to me. Finding a company which not only provides a good service but educates and assists on minor issues is a must. Tech was professional and arrived before my appointment window.
This is the first time I had to file a Better Business Bureau Complaint to a business, good job Alexander's Heating! Their staff are far from professional, the business owner and technicians refuse to talk to you and ignore all your calls and emails. They hide behind doors and refuse to even make any efforts trying to provide a satisfying solution to the trouble they caused! I would highly recommend avoid using them for your AC/heating installation/maintenance!!! 07/21/2021 - A/C unit installation 07/24/2021 - The first hot day, so we turned the A/C on. After around 4 hours, my wife noticed ventilators had trouble sending cool wind off. Around the same time, I reached out to Alexander's Heating requested an inspection. Scott who was in charge of the maintenance work arrived the next week, did an inspection and diagnosed there was an issue with TXV. They mentioned it could take roughly 2 weeks to have the replacement part arrive to them. 09/02/2021 - Their technician Justin Lanier came and replaced the malfunction part. 09/03/2021 - The very next day, we realized the same issue happened. Then reached out to their maintenance department. 09/15/2021 - Justin did a second inspection and noticed the same malfunctioning with TXV. They told us they need to replace TXV...(I seriously doubt if they really know the root cause of the issue!!!!) and they suggested to wait till next summer when the weather is hot, so they can fix and test the system. 09/21/2021 - I emailed Alexander's Heating expressed my frustration about this issue. Since the A/C was installed on July, for the past 2 months, IT NEVER WORKED FOR A FULL DAY WITHOUT ISSUE! WE HAD TO USE FANS THE WHOLE TIME! My wife is running a family daycare business at home, all kids have a lunch break nap time from 1PM to 3PM. Every time their technician came to our house for inspection and repair, it disturbed her schedule and my work from home schedule too. Plus we really doubt if the issue can be fixed by KEEP REPLACING T
Alexander's team was recommended by my real estate agent and I hired them to install a new furnace and new air conditioner. There was some issue with the installation result which is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. But I would like to recognize Scott's work here. He was very responsive during the whole process and came out even on a labor day weekend to help us troubleshoot the issue ang got the whole system running so we had a good holiday with a working climate system. Then he came out again to help us install a thermostat. Appreciate his hard work and great service!
I originally hired Alexander's when I first move to my house per my realtor recommendation, to bring a gas line to new gas range, fireplaces, dryers and bbq and they did a fabulous jobs. Recently I hired Alexander's again about a month ago, to install an AC unit & coil, as our summers are getting hot and hotter and I dealt with Dean as I had previously. First of all, Dean is very knowledgable of HVAC world, knows about all brands, thermostats, vent work, their pricing is very competitive in this area, and their workmanship is excellent. They'll give you a quote based on your needs and that's very important for me! I also decided to go with the Honeywell Redlink Thermostat as opposed to my Nest, it works really well and I very happy with the system overall, especially all the support they gave me on using this system. I highly recommend Alexander's and Dean.
Alexander's Heating has my respect and deep gratitude for the exceptional work they did for me. I was without heat or hot water due to vent failure. Alexander's did not know me and I had not worked with them before. Regardless, Justin came out immediately to survey my project, Dean provided an excellent proposal quickly and Gi came out the next day. Melissa was a kind and effective liaison. Everyone I spoke with - whether it was to obtain product information, details about my project, scheduling, or pricing was professional, positive, efficient, caring and thoughtful. It is rare to find a company that actually puts the customer experience first. Alexander's did so at every opportunity. Thank you!
Alexander's Heating installed a new heating system for us last year. Very prompt and professional service and reasonable prices. They came out today to service the unit. NO Charge for the service, staff is unbelievably friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and got the job done. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR LIVES EASIER!!!
One of the best companies I’ve used in a while. Prompt, efficient, and great customer service! Did a fabulous job with my GF/AC maintenance , and will definitely keep them in mind when it’s time to replace in a few years.
