Chad came over to do a diagnostic on a house we recently purchased. He was very thorough and checked everything out. He told us of the issues and provided many available options. Highly recommended if you need a diagnostic done.
The furnace/AC install wasn’t working correctly so we now have to spend the hottest weekend so far with no AC and on top of it we have no heat for the middle of the night when it gets cold. Our baby woke up last night freezing and screaming. We have to wait til Monday for a senior tech to come out and hopefully get it fixed that day… not happy right now. If this gets all fixed up then I will update my review.
They will overcharge you once you give them your card. Poor communication. I would avoid them at all costs. Requested for a diagnosis charged me for repairs without authorization Your response is totally inaccurate. The technician lied that I had approved and signed a contract before she could pay. She called me immediately and I called the the office only to met with a nonchalant manager. Totally unhappy!
Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.
Overall the maintenance was good but not great . There was an mis communication with the scheduler. We had pre paid in advance for the service and the service guy never got the pre paid invoice . Also they didn’t have the filter size that was promised for the service .
Had an odd smoke smell in the house. Was concerned it was the ac. Turned out not to be the ac. Really appreciated Taylor getting me scheduled quickly and giving me an honest answer without trying to sell me things I don’t need. Thank you, Taylor!
I worked with Nar and Mike to replace my gas furnace to complete electric heat pump. So far, I love it. Brook/Jordan installed the system. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn’t a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. Will use them again if the need arises & will recommend to others. The office staff was great too. Good value for the work done & time spent.
I absolutely loved the techs that came to my house. They seem to instantly know that I crack nothing but jokes when stressed and they joked back I knew I made the right decision. They were quick the find the issue and fix it. It was how they acted that relaxed me. I plan on making them my go to.
Ryan was very polite and professional. He showed up on time and explained every detail of what we need done in a way that was easy to understand. He even went above and beyond by advising on other things we want to do in the future. Full stars, highly recommend.
I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Then with both the person who came to give the estimate and the team that did the work were kind, courteous and responsive to my concerns. In the end they came up with a solution that minimized any additional concerns. I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone needing electric repair done.
Joe was excellent service technician. Heard blower motor out of balance, inspected and found insulation in motor. He removed it and rechecked. HVAC so quiet now. Thanks Joe.
Original 1996 outlets in kitchen and dining room stopped working. The first company I called gave estimate of $16000 to rewire entire home. I wiped the I Am Stupid sign off my forehead and gave Taylor Heating a try. Honest affordable pricing and excellent service installing new outlets 2 days after estimate. I will have them back for recessed lighting and ceiling fans.
My entire experience with Taylor Heating & Air has been fantastic. From the person that came out to give me the estimate, to the office people in getting my install scheduled and assisted with financing to the Tech today that did the install (thank you Joey). This company provides the best customer service and do what they promise. We bought a furnace from them in 2018 and came back when we needed a new A/C. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Rich was really friendly and professional and even explained what was going on with my wires in a way that I could understand. I thought he was great!

Had a consult with Donny on a Wednesday. Very professional and straight up. Looking to make sure I got the best for my house and money. Decided to go with Taylor and had an appointment on Friday to have my air conditioner installed. Joey and Brandon came on time and got the job done in 3 hours. So far so good, and just in time for summer ! Recommend to anyone who is needing an A/C unit in the Spanaway/Puyallup area!
Donny was extremely professional and had great communication even before making it to the appointment time we were given by the office. He reached out to get a better understanding of what system we had and sent me pictures to help me identify specific things prior to him arriving. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Found our problem quickly and got parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled for the next day. He was easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth by being so proactive.
First of all I will thanks to Nar Lopez to give a detailed explanation and comparison of different type of heat pump and give me the option to choose the right one that fits the budget and requirements. I would like to thank Daniel, Gabe and Paul McCray for making it smooth installation and also having resolve the issue with the thermostat cable and do the needful to get it running. The whole team did the job professionally and promptly without any hiccups.
Received same day quote on Wednesday and installation on Thursday! Very professional and clearly communicated every step of the process. I never felt pressured or oversold on anything. Really happy with the work and price.
