We had chosen to use Rainier Heating and Cooling based on previous experience a friend had as well as price compared to other companies. They were very thorough from the quote to the installation. We had a very unique situation with our old furnace under the house with less than 21" access. They got the old one out and new one installed in a day but ran into a slight issue. Not only did they correct the issue they went above and beyond for us due to the issue and made it more than right in our favor. That is a good company I want to give my money too. Highly recommend for anyone needing a fully new system like we did.
They came a couple hours after I called and texted me when the technician was on the way, including his name. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional and quickly figured out the problem. He was polite and courteous, being careful to put on booties every time he walked through the house. Definitely recommend them!

Want a Ductless Heat Pump System, you will want to go with Rainier Heating & Cooling out in Puyallup, WA. Everyone in the office is super nice, and their salesperson Steve was outstanding and will answer any questions you have. He was very knowledgeable about the Daikin ductless heat pump system. I got multiple bids from other companies and the service that I received from Steve was wonderful and that is why I went with Rainier heating and cooling, and I'm so glad I did. The two guys Terrin and Gavin who came out and did the installation were super nice and very polite and you could see the two of them were a good team. I was very amazed at how they just got right in there and started installing and getting everything all together for when the electrician shows up to do the final wiring. Both Papa and I love our quiet ductless heat pump and we no longer have to put that heavy air conditioning unit in our window.
Brandon was GREAT! He explained everything before he did the service as well as went over the checklist of what he did after the service. He even went over the thermostat settings with me to assure me I had it set correctly. I highly recommend Rainier Heating and Cooling as well as Brandon.
Brandon seemed very knowledgeable. It was the battery which he replaced. He also put in a new filter for me. I would call them again.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the Rainier crew that replaced defective electrostatic air filters in my home. A technician came to my home to understand what needed to be done, and the work was completed within the estimated cost. The installers tested the systems to ensure that they were properly functioning and cleaned up after the job. I strongly recommend Rainier Heating & Cooling.
Ranier installed a new hvac to replace our 15 year old plus heat pump. Steve was great at communicating & will answer your questions . The install guys were quick and professional. Loving my new heat pump! My electric bill has also lowered since I got a higher efficiency heat pump. Ty!

To make it simple these guys are pros. I had another company come in and dig 2 and a half hours, couldn't find the problem, the tech from rainier came in, found and fixed the issue in 20 minutes.
110% Satisfied! I interviewed 6 companies to install AC and a high efficiency furnace. I grilled all of them hard after doing tons of research. Then I chose Rainier. Why? Because Steve Taylor, HVAC Consultant, came to my house and gave me honest answers and the right advice. No upsell pushes, just exactly what I needed. No fluffy “I’m here for your comfort” sales pitch. He gave me the confidence to move forward with Rainier because I could tell he was a man of integrity and he proved it by always beings easy to reach to address all of my concerns. Nate Linderkamp, Install Manager, came out to let me know how the install would go and what to expect. He too made me confident I was going to get a quality job done. He supervised the install to perfection. Rainier wanted 50% down, but after my experience with Steve and Nate, I paid if full before the install. I was that confident. The crew came out and installed everything in one day. They trained me on how to set the thermostat for heat and AC and I’ve been enjoying a quality system since then. They made sure I got a $700 rebate by giving me exactly what PSE required. Thank you, Rainier, you made this 70 year-old guy a very happy customer!
Wow Rainier Heating & Cooling was amazing. From the first meeting with Steve and all throughout the installation was a great experience. They were all so friendly and professional. If anyone needs HVAC this is who you should go with. Thank you for everything and you should be very proud of people you have working there.

Friendly and prompt. Brandon looked at the thermostat and the unit and knew just what he needed to do. The unit was not configured correctly so rewired the system and ran the A/C. It is all working great with nice cool air. Thank you Rainier Heating and Cooling. Nice to have an immediate response and solution in the middle of 80-90 deg temperatures.
Wow, super impressed with their customer service and Nathen was so informative...im a nurse definately can give care advice but know nothing about heat pumps...he was super patient in explaining everything...luv this company!!!
This is the 2nd time I chose Rainier. They did a great job for us a couple of years ago with a different house & we were so pleased we didn’t hesitate to use them again. The guys cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. They explained everything well & answered all our questions. They’re friendly, professional & they got it done much quicker than we expected.
