This was a diagnostic appointment to see what was wrong with furnace. They were on time, friendly, communicative, informative, gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Once I have the new furnace installed, then I will post comment on the quality and value.
The service technician, Austin, was very friendly and informative. He did a great job of communicating and explaining the work he performed on my routine service work. He was very thorough and professional.
We had three companies come out to give us a bid to replace a furnace and heat pump, we ended up going with Serenity Air for a few different reasons. I’ve always felt like their staff is knowledgeable, on top of things and really wants to put customer service first. We also wanted to get a good product and good deal, the warranty’s that they offer with their service was a huge win for us. We loved and trusted their work so much when we had to replace our second furnace and heat pump we simply called them first. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them! Highly recommend!
Our system stopped working and Drew came out to quote a new system and found that a switch had just been turned off. We will definitely use them when we do finally need to replace everything.

Serenity Air was nothing but amazing. From the moment Drew walked in he was nothing but helpful and amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions(which there was) we had with professionalism, and made us feel comfortable with this huge purchase. Their quote was perfect and we were able to install AC the very next week. The team that came out was super friendly, and was very educated. Drew then followed up a week later to make sure that everything was working properly and to our standard. We would highly recommend Serenity Air to anyone looking for ac or HVAC needs.

Serenity Air provided us with a very timely, friendly and thorough quote for our replacement HVAC system. John was very knowledgeable and willing to share as much information as possible. While we did end up going a different way I would not hesitate to have these guys come out to assess your needs, very professional and low pressure.

I'm very pleased with our entire experience with Serenity Air. We have had AC in our house for years but it has never worked efficiently. From the first call to define the problem and receive an initial quote, to the follow up visit after the installation was complete, Shane, Chase, Amber, and the entire Serenity Air team were spot on. There was no pressure to use their services, and 0% financing was an unexpected bonus. Everyone was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. In fact I was so surprised how quickly everything got done I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to work with them again should the need arise. Sincere thanks to the entire team.
Installed a heat pump with new furnace. Installation was quick. Initially the unit had issues but those were taken care of quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend them!
The whole experience with Serenity Air was great, from the initial consultation with their sales team to the installation of the AC and heating units. Can't recommend them enough.
After calling around a few different places and either getting hung up on after 20 minutes with sears and others not having availability, I called them and talked with Paula. She was the only one within all the companies I called to assist me over the phone in trying to figure out if it was a simple issue and it was and heat is back on!! This company will definitely be my go too! Great people! Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I consider serenity air is a very professional and reliable they stick to their word they were here on time they did the install in a professional manner. They explained the whole system to me. Best thing is they come back for annual check ups no more worries the house feels great.
Was overall very happy with the service. Main office was very friendly and were able to provide technician on short notice for my furnace issues. Upon arrival technician was very friendly, technically knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the issue with the furnace relatively quickly. Would recommend Serenity Air if you are looking for heating/cooling services. Rated 5 star
Everyone I have encountered at SerenityAir has been professional beyond what I have experienced in many other businesses. Always on time, follow-up calls to remind me of upcoming appointments....one cannot ask for more. Their pricing was several thousand lower than others who came to provide an estimate for a furnace replacement....all for the same exact equipment and service.
