From my initial call to installation the service was fantastic. Toby was awesome meeting with me, walked us through the equipment and process, and always returned my calls quickly. Installers were on time, professional, polite, friendly and explained what they were doing for the installation. Cleaned up along the way and showed us how to use the system and remote. I highly recommend them. The entire crew was awesome, friendly and worked with a sense of purpose. The crew, Spencer and Seth are a great team!

I want to express the great job the Service technician Steve Gilbert did for getting my fire place working. He was very kind, professional, masked up, and made sure the fire place was clean and up running again. Also explained things about the fire place. He is representing Expert Excellence. U rock Steve. (These fire places are so important to have in the winter if the power goes out) Thanks to Vista Property Management for sending this company.
Dustin employed there will go above and beyond what was expected he is an amazing guy and does amazing work.His work is always tidy and neat and done in a quicker manner than most others quoted which cost less which is a win-win. Five stars to Dustin at Expert air .!
I have called them twice, once after hours and once during business hours, both times I was told I would get a call back which never happened. I am so glad I am not in an emergency type of situation. You need to be more vigilant on doing call backs.
Exactly what they advertise Expert! They could not have been more helpful or accommodating exceeding my expectations! Highly recommended!
Thank you again for help Kevin. Honest company. Last year they send Kevin out to fix our furnace problem. I was really happy how he went about looking into the issue instead of doing what 3 other companies that came out press on a button and said all is $10,000 for all new unit without even looking into the problem first and just to take your money. We needed to replace the motor in the unit. He saved us $8500. Most definitely keep using this company for years to come very happy with their service. Also thank you Rick for sending Kevin out same day service much appreciated.
The Expert Air Control team was amazing. They worked very hard to design and install the right AC and Heating solution for our home (a remodeled 1935 lake front cabin). They determined and through hard work created elegant solutions to work within our old home structure and challenges. The install team was especially great - working long days to get the system set up just right. I would highly recommend Expert Air Control to friends and family members (we found them as our neighbor recommended them to us after using them to install a ductless heating and AC service in their home).
My new furnace was installed a couple of weeks ago by Juan and Cameron. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. These two made a dynamic team and although the space for the furnace was less than ideal, they figured it out and everything worked out. Very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone!
Installers are very professional. They insured that we satisfied and answered all questions. The work areas both inside and outside were very clean.

2021 / Our current home. I figured I would try using them again. I again requested for Wes / no Wes. No call ahead. Service guy was very nice. Didn’t offer to put on booties . Left marks All over my floor. I don’t like to leave low stars is why I went with 4 with that being said I feel the customer service side should be a tad better. 2018 / We have used this customer for several years and the one technician that had come out the first few times (Wes) was fantastic, we then paid thousands of dollars to have a heat pump installed, which sometime after this they had merged. I had set up a maintenance agreement which I signed on a I-Pad to have our heat pump, furnace and gas fireplace inspected every 6 months, never happened. I called and they promised this would happen, never did. I then scheduled another appointment and they ended up being 2 hours later than I was told. Then we decided to make 1 more attempt only because of Wes being fantastic, then we ended up getting another technician when we specifically asked for Wes. It just seems the communication has gone down hill drastically. We will be looking for another service provider going forward. Thank you Wes for the wonderful service prior to us having the heat pump installed.

Very pleased with installation of AC 2+ years ago. Price was fair, and service timely with professional expertise. Most notable was the service this past summer during the heat wave. Personnel came to our home that day to fix problem with follow-up of parts. Can't say enough about the " Expert Team" of Allison, Sidney, Cory, Robbie, Wes, and Tom. First class operation.
The team at Expert Air Control was extremely responsive and flexible with my work hours to complete our annual maintenance. They were on time, extremely respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I'd highly recommend. THanks guys!
Last year they did a complete retrofit on my house, installing not only a new heat pump, but also full ductwork as well since my house had previously used only electric baseboard heat with a gas wall furnace in the living room. Not only is the new system much quieter, the whole house now stays at a consistent temperature because the ductwork they designed and installed distributes the air perfectly with no hot or cold spots. On top of their technical skills, they've been a pleasure to work with and took the time to go over my options thoroughly when I was initially deciding on a system to install. I recommend them any time I get the chance.
