Today Kings heating came out to service my Heatpump/airconditioner. Ben, the technician is super knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. He clean up the unit inside and out. He also walked me through the controll panel helping me set up the schedule, which was really helpful. Thank you, Ben at Kings Heating, great job.
Ben came out to look at my heat pump and did an amazing job of fixing and explaining what was wrong the day after I called. He was honest and forthright. He went above and beyond to make sure I new how to best take care of my heat pump going forward (he drew on my heat filter drawer which way the arrow goes). I cannot recommend Ben and Kings Heating enough.
I went with King's off a recommendation for central A/C and a replacement furnace. Mike and Patrick were extremely helpful throughout the installation process. They went above and beyond to make sure the outdoor unit was placed where I wanted even though it meant running new lines, and the result couldn't be better.
We have used King’s several times over the years (Chris Lenihan is a big reason for this) and they have always exceeded our expectations - we always go back to them for our HVAC needs. We recently had an AC unit installed and Mike, Padric and Justin did a fantastic job with the installation (it was in a small and cramped space that required some customized venting; even the inspector was impressed!). They also went above and beyond to provide a clean and finished look by covering areas of drywall that needed to be removed for venting and plumbing. We always recommend King’s to our friends and family because they are honest, very responsive and their staff are always professional and knowledgeable. We also appreciate that they are a family-owned business and not a chain…we always feel that they are looking out for us and not just for themselves. Update: AC unit would shut off after running for a while even though it hadn’t reached the desired temp. Called King’s and they quickly sent out Ben L to troubleshoot. Ben did a fantastic job looking for the cause and found that the manufacturer’s installation manual for how to plumb the overflow safety valve was incorrect! In short, the overflow valve was turning off the unit! The installers mentioned above followed the installation manual perfectly; unfortunately, it was the manual that was incorrect! I was also impressed that Ben was in contact with his manager to update him on the problem so that the manufacturer (Carrier) could be notified of the error in their manual. Once Ben re-plumbed the problem, the unit has been working perfectly. Very, very satisfied with how all of this was handled! Thank you.
We have used Kings over the years for our furnace service. We recently had Mike, Bo, and Justin come out and install a brand new AC system for our house. Mike brought 50 years experience with him. Bo brought over 15 years experience. Both Mike and Bo come with other family in this industry. Along with Justin, the three of them delivered professional craftsmanship and finished in just under 8 hours. Ben then came out and fine tuned the cooling system and thermostat. He was also very experienced, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Kings!
Kings has been performing our annual maintenance for several years now. They have always been good, Ben was especially professional, friendly and went above and beyond.

Ben Lundahl did a great job in diagnosing and repairing our heater! He was on time, knowledgeable, thorough, and took his time to explain and help me understand my options. Kings Heating is accommodating and very helpful.
A shout out to Ben L. who was the technician that came to address my problem that I called about yesterday. He was knowledgeable, professional and very informative. After thoroughly checking my aging furnace and even looking at the exhaust on the roof he discussed all the possibilities with me for repair or replacement. He answered any questions I had and made suggestions as to options going forward. King's heating is lucky to have Ben and he will help them maintain excellent quality of service and knowledge. I have been a customer for several years and have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend them if you need HVAC service.
Bo, Josh X2, and the electricians (whose troubleshooting was commendable), installed the mini splits and heat pump with expertise! Just in time for the heat wave.
These guys are okay I guess, but be prepared that they will up sale you on anything they can find that might or might not be wrong with your unit. Its the same way that when you get your oil changed the quick oil change companies will tell you that you need new filters, a transmission fluid exchange, new wipers, tire rotation, etc. I lived in the south for over 20 years (MS, La) in three different houses and not one time did I have problems with my A/C. Move to WA and have had my unit 8 years (bought the unit new), and have had more added fixes, or maintenance work on my A/C. Just beware when these guys come to 'service' you.
I cannot recommend this company enough. We used them for our hot water heater replacement, heater maintenance, heater trouble shooting, and now the replacement of our heater and installation of AC with new thermostat. Beau Sacle and Josh Hopkins were the team that did the installation and they were great. There were on time and friendly, I did not have to lock up the dog as they were friendly towards him. The installation took two days and there were professional and cleaned up after very well, you could not tell they were here aside from the appliances. They were very patient and answered all my questions, even while being interrupted by a toddler. This is a great company with fantastic employees.
We hired Kings Heating for our AC install and everything went so smoothly! Quick responses, quick install window, and now this summer is going to be so much easier to handle! The Josh's and Padric were great doing all the heavy lifting with Selena working everything behind the scenes. Highly recommend!
Purchased a house two years ago that had a heating system installed by Kings five years prior. It was obvious the great work they had done on the heating so I called them for an estimate on A/C install. Christopher came out that day and I was pleased to hear he was familiar with my house and his initials were even on the maintenance sticker on the heater. After some discussions and his honest advice we chose a unit that would fit our needs and scheduled the install a couple of weeks later. Install day arrived and Josh, Padric, and Justin showed up on time as scheuled. They were very proffesional, effecient, and informative through the whole process. They came prepared for the job and didn't waste any time getting to work and even completed the install faster than I could have expected. They cleaned up perfectly and walked me through my system making sure I was comfortable with everything. The system has been working perfect and we are so excited not to have to deal with portable A/Cs anymore. Everyone at Kings was awesome from Christopher on the estimate to Michaela in the office and to the istall team of Josh, Padric and Justin. Thank you Kings for a great experience!
One of the most unethical businesses I've ever dealt with. They left a job halfway through, left me without heat or hot water for weeks, didn't show when they said they would, and left a huge mess behind. No explanation. Overcharged me anyway then stopped returning calls. Just unconscionable business practice. I found another company that was more knowledgeable, more competent, more responsible, and cheaper. Stay away from King's. P.S. I lived in this house years ago and used King's Ave they were great. I still own the house and rent it out, and it's very telling that they pretend I left this review by accident. The review above is accurate, they really made life hard on my tenant as I described above, and it's disgusting that they would lie like they have in their reply below.
Our AC went out. We called Kings, as we have done for 20 years, and they were absolutely responsive. Appointment much sooner than expected during a run of hot days. They answer the phone quickly and with a smile in their voice. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone listens before speaking. And they leave with a great explanation of what the problem was and how they fixed it. And they call in backup if it's an unusual situation. We could not ask for a better HVAC company to service our AC and furnace.
Kings was terrific! They're prompt, informative, and super helpful. I will use them again, for sure. Highly recommended.
