My gas furnace stopped blowing warm air. Kevin was able to come out same day and assess the problem and provide recommendations to remedy the situation. Friendly, professional and answered my questions. I am still determining whether to proceed with repairs or replacement.
Very professional and competent outfit. Luke Y. came out after my furnace stopped working. The furnace stopped working after another heating company quack tinkered with it. Luke systematically debugged the system, found the problem and fixed it . The other company "tech" had routed the ignitor wire improperly and it was arcing instead of getting the voltage to the ignitor, then thrown up his hands and said I needed a new furnace and left. After fixing the ignitor wire routing, Luke ran thorough diagnostics and gave me a detailed assessment. I highly recommend them.
Maint. on my free standing gas fireplace. Trouble shoot thermostat installed by me. Conclusion: Faulty new thermostat. CJ arrived promptly and began work efficiently and gave me very considerate attention to my issues and questions. Very personable and another asset to your company. Love the new" Comfort Masters" designation to your CM name.

This review covers the sales process only. The information given for a gas fireplace replacement was organized, easy to understand and all our questions were answered satisfactorily. The sales reps were both friendly and professional.
Andria was on time, thorough and personable. She spent a couple of hours going through our system and explaining it to my wife. I was held up at work and she was able to wait for me to get home to give us both a detailed description and bid.

Justin found our problem after a through inspection of of our 17 yr old furnace that’s on its last legs. I’m going to get a new furnace in the next couple of months through C&M. I trust this company.

John came out to check why my fireplace was randomly quitting. (He had been out 3 weeks ago and thoroughly cleaned and inspected my fireplace then.) He waited to see if it would cut out, which it didn’t, but he didn’t try to replace random parts because there was no indication they were needed. He told me what to watch for and to call again if it cut out. He was very personable and didn’t try to sell me anything! Great service from a great guy!!

I had issues with the blower on my old furnace not coming on and was able to get same day service for it to be looked at. I got everything running before the tech arrived but Dane opened it up and made sure it could still be used. Whomever owned the home before me mickey moused everything about the furnace and the amount of things not up to code (or even common sense) was unbelievable. I had already planned on replacing it and getting a system with AC and Dane worked hard to get my scheduled estimate appointment date moved up from 2 weeks out to 2 days. He answered all my questions, was extremely pleasant and professional. I won't hesitate to recommend Dane and CM Heating to others.
