I always use Ballard Natural Gas for my heating and cooling needs. They do a great job. I couldn't recommend them more especially Matt who just took care of my heat pump.
Electrical surge from city took out my furnace electronics; BNG promptly returned my call and scheduled technician for diagnosis & repair. Justin arrived in the scheduled window, had the parts needed to fix and took care of my annual maintenance as well.

Used them to install heat pump in our townhome. Their cost was 30% less than a similar local company quoted us and they offered a better warranty and financing option. They scheduled us quickly, arrived on time, and completed the project in a day and a half. The installers were friendly and professional, and very sweet to my kids and my cat. Great experience overall!

Juan and Alex did an excellent job with our installation. They were professional, respectful of our space and communicative about the steps throughout the project. We appreciated that Juan responded with patience and clear explanations to our questions along the way which made it easier for us to understand how things were unfolding. When there was a glitch on the last day of the install, they explained what happened, what the solution would need to be and resolved it that same day. This meant a longer day than planned for them (and it was a hot day) but they still maintained a kind and professional demeanor throughout. We will certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. Thanks!
Jay and Anthony installed a Mitsubishi heat pump at our home today. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, communicative, and didn't stray away from any of my questions I had throughout the day. Once the installation was complete and after fully cleaning up the working areas, they showed me the work which had been performed. From the very first point of communication, Ballard Natural Gas have been fantastic to work with. I shall be recommending them to friends and family moving forward.
Ballard Natural Gas did an excellent job of installing ductless heating & A/C unit to my home. The installers, Juan & Zach, were extremely competent, courteous & professional. I highly recommend Ballard Natural Gas for all HVAC.
BNGS replaced my oil furnace with a heat pump. Their bid was competitive with the other estimates we received and they had good customer service. Tyler was very informative and helpful during the estimate process, and was knowledgeable about the different features and options for my house. He was responsive to multiple questions over email and on the phone. Once we had signed with them, Amy in the office was also very communicative about the process and got us scheduled within a few weeks, including duct cleaning and the oil tank decommission very soon after the install. Juan and Zack S came to do the install and were very professional, friendly, and done within a day. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We also had one of their electricians come (Aaron) to install the final circuit once our panel had been fully upgraded. The only hiccups in the process were a bit of back and forth/miscommunication about our plans for the electrical, since we needed to upgrade our panel to 200amp service. We had another company come in to do the upgrade itself and BNGS was expecting them to install the new circuit but I was anticipating that BNGS would add that circuit after the upgrade. It was resolved really quickly and BNGS was able to send out their electrician within a few days. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ballard Natural Gas Service!
We had mini splits installed into 4 rooms in our townhome by Jay and Tony. They did a great job and were quiet (as much as they could be), efficient, professional, and got done a day early. Did a great clean up and walk through with us afterwards. Would recommend!
These guys are my go to for any heating and cooling services for my house. Wilson is absolutely amazing to work with! Super helpful and professional and goes above and beyond for his customers. Definitely try to get Wilson to come do your service!
I had a heat pump installed and it was promised to be installed by the end of June and they made sure it was! Just in time for it to get really hot and it was wonderful having central air.This company installed my previous furnace and did an excellent job with maintenance and also installed my tankless water heater. I’ve been quite satisfied with their services and products and highly recommend them.
We had our annual maintenace for our furnace. Justin arrived a few minutes after I received notification that he was on his way. He was very professional and answered the few questions I had, and successfully repaired a minor connection issue that was causing an error message to persistently appear on our thermostat.
