Follow up on my earlier 3 star email. I was disappointed regarding how the install went on our commercial space,, but very pleased with the follow up on a service call, under warranty. Very responsive, and I am very pleased.
They fixed the problem. However, they stacked up their diagnostic and callout fees over multiple visits in such a way that 1 hour of actual labor removing/replacing warranty parts (free from the manufacturer) on a water heater turned into a $500 bill. If that sounds reasonable to you then hire them. If not, look elsewhere. =================== EDIT (Response to their reply below) Just informing prospective customers of the final cost (after all of their added fees) for one (1) hour of actual remove/replace labor. And I do stand corrected, it was $484 plus tax for a total of $533.61. One data point to help folks make their own value assessments. 🤷🏻♂️
I scheduled a time for them to come out and give me a bid. The visit went smoothly and Jerry said he would provide a quote in a few days. It has been three weeks and no response. I followed up with email to be sure they had the correct email address and even followed up with a call remind them. Still nothing. Kind of unprofessional to waste my time. If they don't want the business or are too busy that is fine, but would have been nice if they said that upfront.
Great service! My furnace stopped heating this morning. I called in the morning and it was fixed by 3:30. They were responsive when I called, offered some things I could try while they worked their schedule, and called me back within timeframe promised. Technician showed up when promised and was friendly, competent and fast! Rates were great, too.
Always professional, courteous, thorough and takes time to explain stuff. I've been using these guys for hvac and water heater maintenance for three years and am pleased with their level of service. Our technician went the extra mile to get a bosch part under warranty and was patient throughout the entire ordeal.
I'm not a big poster of anything but I have to do something here. We had a custom home built on about 3 acres in North Bend in 2015. Our general contractor recommended Innovative Comfort Systems install the radiant heating and domestic water delivery systems, so Jason and his crew built a fairly complicated system that looks like a piece of art on the side of our mechanical room's wall which involves 5 heating zones as well as a future plumbed zone should we decide to build out the basement. Last week, we noticed our Master Bedroom/Bathroom zone wasn't heating and we called them to see if they could help. They sent someone out fairly quickly to help us determine the source of the problem only to find a valve had broken and would likely require replacing. The part was ordered and they were scrambling to fit us in before the Thanksgiving Holiday was upon us but it may be we'd be without heat in that zone. No worries- we can live with that no problem. On Monday, I noticed a fairly significant leak coming out of one of the pipes holding an actuator, and I emailed Jason a short video of the leak and asked if he thought I should turn off the pumps for fear of burning them out? He immediately responded to turn the system off and he would do what he could to get to our house ASAP with the new part which although wasn't delivered to his office, it was in Shoreline and he would drive there first thing in the morning before coming to our house on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, to spend about 5 hours of unscheduled work to repair the leak. On arrival, he realized the valves were working flawlessly but he noticed the gaskets were broken due to an incorrect installation 5 years prior. He took pictures of all the broken pieces, labeled where they were on the wall, emailed the diagram to us and said he would cover the expense because someone in his company didn't catch it 5 years prior. Be careful if you are a commercial customer in Seattle. These are really nice, professional people, but I do not believe that they entered the job familiar with City of Seattle mechanical requirements. There were issues and this set back our project months.
Replaced a heat pump and duct work. So far, into the heat of summer, everything works smoothly! All members of the team were courteous, quick and explained things thoroughly. Would use again and highly recommend!
We were looking to have a heat pump installed Thomas came by the same day I called and forwarded me an estimate with two options the next morning. We opted to go with the Bosh heat pump. It was $1,000 more, but the variable speed fan makes it a lot quieter which we felt was worth it to keep peace with the neighbors. Once we made the decision to go with Innovative they were able get us scheduled for a 1 day installation within the next 9 days. The installation team of Kevin and Gary along with Trent from Rhema Electric were considerate, friendly and professional. It was a long day for them, but they got the job done and there were no hidden costs. We are very pleased with the job and definitely recommend the company.
We worked with Thomas and his team to convert from our ancient oil furnace to natural gas, and a tankless H.W. heater. We’ll also be putting in a gas range with our remodel. The Innovative team was responsive, friendly, and executed at a high level to complete our project.

Innovative Comfort Systems is amazing. We originally used them to install a ductless heat pump system in our house. They were reasonably priced and were able to fit us in to their schedule very quickly. Their team was clean and professional. And they took time to consider the positioning of the mini-splits so that they would line up with existing window and trim lines. Most importantly, when one of our mini-splits ended up going a bit rogue and overheating a room, they came out multiple times to help us trouble shoot and ended up installing a thermostat that fixed the problem. As soon as we started having issues, they were responsive and fast. We then had our water heater go out. They sent someone over the very day we called to take a look and confirm that our water heater needed to be replaced. They then were able to get someone to come two days later to install the water heater. We had called around to several other places who had much longer lead times, but with a toddler at home, we couldn't be without hot water for that long. I would recommend Innovative for all your heating/HVAC needs. Their customer service and follow-up is superb.

From their initial visit, installation options, estimates, schedule to actual installation of 3 indoor and 2 outdoor units - they were throughout professional, great listeners, and truly innovative (true to their name!) to find routes in our century old home with minimal disturbances.
This is a great company to do business with. Professional and very focused on customer satisfaction. We were not completely satisfied with some details of the installation of our new heat pump (only cosmetic items). They came out and immediately revised the installation exactly as we requested. Unusual in our experience, and very much appreciated!
Innovative Comfort Systems was really great to work with and were incredibly flexible and accommodating to our needs. We needed multiple quotes for a heat pump and Josh was great fulfilling those requests. We picked them because of 6 that we consulted, Innovative Comfort Systems provided the most features that we wanted for the price they offered. The work their technician performed was clean and very good, and the staff is very courteous. We recommend this company.
Very happy with my experience w/Innovative Comfort Systems. - Thomas is 100% reliable, available, conscientious and aiming to please - he's remarkable! The Installation went smoothly and Paul was unobtrusive and respectful during the installations of furnace and A/C compressor. They were the BEST of the SEVEN bids i'd received - both in availability, quality of product offered and price was reasonable. Very glad that i made the right choice.

Excellent service, vast knowledge, and not hot to sell you something you don't need. I worked with Thomas Ngo and team to have an air purifying system installed, and I couldn't have hoped for a better transaction. Innovative Comfort folks were on time, ready to work, and super friendly. Also, they were clean, which I like. There's almost nothing more aggravating than a service company representative (plumber, HVAC, electrician, etc,) who looks like they just crawled out from under their truck coming in and walking away leaving black hand-prints on the walls. Very conscientious of the homeowners property. Our cost was exactly as quoted, and the equipment works as advertised. After having the air purifying system (Air Scrubber) installed, we were so impressed with the company we called them when we needed a water heater replacement. Same level of service, same consistent pricing, same cleanliness, same great customer service. I highly recommend Thomas Ngo at Innovative Comfort Systems....He's a great representative for a great company.
Thomas and the team at Innovative Comfort Systems were friendly, efficient, and competent. Unfortunately the time from initial visit to completed project was 3.5 weeks, which was quite a bit longer than we anticipated. That said, the team was very responsive, answered all questions quickly, and managed each hiccup in a professional manner.
