Great technicians! And good people! Appropriate cooling and heating are critical to my health. I am a Senior and in kidney dialysis. Michael and David came a day earlier than expected. Thank goodness! They are very knowledgeable about heat pumps. And got my system working well within an hour. David and Michael came early as a request of the diagnosis for AC not controlled by a new switch. The switch was installed last winter with the new furnace by DVAC. They are very professional and tested both AC and furnace thoroughly after the fix. They also changed a new tube for our furnace without any charge. Really recommend DVAC.

Had DVAC install an A/C unit on my house. Less than 2 years later the fan began to oscillate. I was told I had a parts warranty and told directly they would give me any needed parts. When I went in to ask for a new part they turned around and declared they would not provide any warranted parts replacement unless I paid them to install it. Misleading advertising and directly lied too by the field technician who had taken the time to show me how to replace the part myself.

Phone customer service is terrible, called to find out if they can charge my ac system and was rude to say they don't do that. They are only interested in over charging you for their ac systems. Also had a bad experience trying to get them to come do maintenance on my furnace before and they didn't want to because I was on generator power.

Paid over $15,000 for new furnace and A/C. Ever since the install, the flow through our ducts has been poor. They came and checked it out and said it was the duct system in our home. Prior to the install, duct flow was much better. I think they either installed it incorrectly or gave us the wrong spec equipment for what we needed.

I have to say that DVAC did an incredible job with diagnosing the problem with my hvac system. Justin & Johnny were so kind and helpful to getting my AC working. They were able to come out right away and get me up and running. I had a different company out several times over a 3 month period and charged me $$$ to replace 3 different very expensive parts that didn't need to be replaced. The system still didn't work. I asked them to check the thermostat which they said wasn't the problem. Justin & Johnny from DVAC had my AC up and running. They figured it out right away. I would highly recommend DVAC and will always use them in the future. Being a local company they will always have my business!!

DVAC installed a ductless heat pump system with ceiling cassettes. This review was written closely after install- if things change, I will come back and revise. From the sales process to completion of the project, their team was attentive and on point. Melody called me within minutes of putting in a request on a Facebook ad, and later was very responsive via email with regard to the billing and other questions. Joe, the sales guy, made the time to come review the proposal with us on his day off because it was the only day my husband was off work. Other companies only emailed the proposals and some didn't even follow up. The install team, led by Oleks, showed up on time when they said they would and worked efficiently to meet the deadline. There was one snafu at the end because there was a problem with one of the parts inside the outdoor unit not working, which delayed completion, and the owner, David, showed up with Oleks to fix the problem; he spent most of his day at our house or working with suppliers to get a solution or the part we needed. We didn't have heat for one day because the baseboards had been disconnected to connect the new unit, so they brought loaner space heaters for us to use as well. David clearly explained what was going on and took personal responsibility for troubleshooting and fixing the issue, as well as a small communication issue that had occurred. That shows true ownership to me. Equipment issues are out of his control, but it was within his control to work to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. They even let us keep the loaner space heaters over the weekend just for peace of mind, even though the system was working. Finally, I was really worried that having guys in our home working would leave a mess, but I think it's actually cleaner than when they started. We're super happy with our new system, which is much quieter and more even than the old baseboard heaters we had.

We recently called DVAC for a host of projects including some furnace maintenance, AC quotes, fixing some electrical issues, and a few electrical upgrade quotes. John and Shawn were out for the electrical work are really knew their stuff. They know and easily explained the codes and why we were having our issues and are providing a few options for repairs. Austin and Trevor were out for the HVAC inspection and project planning. They made sure our furnace was up and running in tip top shape and made sure we knew what the additional AC projects entailed. We had DVAC remove our old gas furnace and replace it with a Carrier Multizone Mini Split Heat pump. The install actually didn't go that smoothly, I had asked the foreman if I could speak with the electrician about coordinating his work with some other work we had going on, and he said fine but the electrician came in and out and did his work and never spoke with me, and they changed the head unit from the specs because the unit that we had wanted wasn't available at the time, which was ok but I do wish they had just communicated with me on that beforehand, it's just something you shouldn't learn about after it's installed. The real issue though was a few weeks later the temps dropped into the teens and our house temps fell into 50s, the system was going full speed but couldn't keep up. None of this is why I gave them 5 stars, in fact if you had asked me at this point I'd give them zero stars. The reasons that I give them 5 stars is that they made it right, they came back at no cost to me, their technicians spent three days trouble shooting and working and they fixed the issue. There had been a leak in one of the refrigerant lines and they found it and fixed it. Mistakes happen and when they do these guys come back and fix them, which is probably the thing I want to see most in a contractor. Plus they had competitive prices for the job. So in the end it was a very good experience, although it was a little rocky for a bit there. They could improve their customer communications and project management on the job site.

My old furnace was nearing the end of its life, so I contacted DVAC to look into replacing the furnace with a new system and also adding AC to my home. The DVAC team's estimate was the best in terms of both price and the quality of equipment that I received. The installation was expected to take one day. However, when the team arrived, they noticed an issue with ductwork that would require a few updates to support the new system. This turned a one day job into a three day job. Despite the extra effort, the DVAC team stayed true to their initial estimate and remained helpful and professional throughout the process.
