I used Complete for my furnace checkup two years ago; it's time for another checkup, so I scheduled one for this month, and asked for a quote on installing a heat pump as well. On the assigned day nobody showed up. A couple of hours after the appointment time I called and left a message, but no response. Called and emailed several times over the next week, but absolutely no response. Not sure what's going on - maybe they're all out sick or the business has folded, but if not then with such poor customer service they deserve to go out of business! Very frustrated with Complete Mechanical's 'Complete' lack of response and cannot recommend them. If I ever manage to get in touch with them I'll update this post.
Had complete mechanical install my furnace few years back. Install went great worked well for a few years and ran into some minor issues not related to the install. Everytime I call them they are fast with responses and came out the same day to fix the issues which were in the winter months when I really needed the heat. All issues where taken care of and my furnace is working great. Tim and tanner have been the main people I have dealt with and are very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely reccomend them for installs and servicing.
Tim was able to arrange for a visit over the weekend on a cold day for complete resolution of a serious issue with our furnace (because of another company's faulty installation and failure to respond to warranty requests). Honest assessment, great advice, and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Great affordable service. Tanner was easy to communicate with. We needed an inspection done fast in order to list our house. Tanner arrived the next day and replaced everything that was needed immediately he was able to get us signed us off for our home inspection.
After receiving quotes from 4 other companies, Tim spent several hours with us to pin down the HVAC sytem we needed for our house, finally settling on a sytem made up of an air handler with mini-splits (Mitsubishi's Diamond Comfort System). Our house has never been so comfortable. Tim, Chris, Tanner, and Benny were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to future contact.

Super good job of removing and replacing our furnace and hot water tank as part of an AllState homeowners claim. Jason and Tanner were great… very good communicators and prompt service. They put in one very long day to complete the job and we really appreciated it! I’ll highly recommend Complete Mechanical to friends and neighbors. Ten stars…. Thanks again
Summary: No show for a scheduled appointment, twice! Caused me to waste 2 days off. Details: I wanted to get a quote for installing a gas furnace and a heat pump. I called the company and scheduled an appointment. So far so good. I took a day off to wait for them to come. 15 minutes past the appointment time still nobody came, so I called them to make sure they had it on their schedule. The reply was that they had the appointment on the schedule but they were busy with some other stuff and would not be able to make it. Fine, I thought. Things happens although I would expect at least a call beforehand so that I did not have to wait. We rescheduled an appointment for another day. I took a day off again and waited for them. Guess what? Nobody showed up and I did not get any call. Conclusion: Terrible customer service, unreliable company. If they treat new business this way, I wonder how they treat existing customers who are more reluctant to switch to another contractor!

My neighbor recommended Tim and I had him install a new furnace and heat pump in 2004. I have called him for all heat/cooling needs since then and would not think of calling anyone else. He is prompt,reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reasonable. I referred my daughter to him when she needed a new furnace and heat pump--she also thinks highly of him and when she moved to a new house and needed work done she called Tim.
Tim D was on time, friendly, professional and got us a GREAT heating/cooling rig for our new studio/music space. I fully recommend his work, and will definitely call him for more furnace/hot water/hvac stuff.........
