The technician who came was extremely rude. We had asked for an inspection, he just turned on the AC and said it's working and asked for money. When we argued that we understand that it is working, he started shouting back rudely and just demanded money. All the reviews of this business look fake and were posted in the past 4 weeks. I don't trust these 5 star reviews anymore based on the horrific experience I had.
Amazing!! He explained everything he was doing, which clearly made me feel more comfortable about having him work on my AC unit.

They were able to get to us much more quickly than everyone else. Although we were not in a hurry on the install, the work was performed quickly after we signed the bid, even though I'd had to wait a few months to get other bids in before making our decision.
