Immediately discovered the problem was the damper between freezer and fridge was broken, freezing everything in fridge. The damper was broken and needed to be replaced. However, the proper part for our model was a week away. He took some super glue to help MacGyver a temporary fix. Well done!

Wonderful, fast service! Our repairman, Peter, was very friendly and efficient. Got the dishwasher working but helped us understand that rather than replace the main water pump it was better to just buy a new machine. Really appreciated his straight forward advice!

Great company to work with. I had a re-occurence of an issue with my dryer after two years and even though the root cause was something else, they were nice to replace the part at a significant discount. I would definitely recommend them and work with them in the future.

Ihor did a wonderful job, before he came my dryer sounded like a train was running through the unit, after, quiet as a mouse! He was careful not to make a mess and got the job done quickly and quietly. I’ll definitely give them a ring next time I’m in need of repair!
