We had Keys Heating and Air Conditioning replace one of our HVAC Systems and had the most amazing experience. From the time that we reached out to them about scheduling an estimate the communication was impeccable. They arrived on time, provided a prompt estimate and answered all of our questions. The scheduling could not have been easier. The day of the install, they arrived on time; were professional; took extra care of our home in terms of cleanliness, and made sure we understood how the system worked. Their prices were very competitive and they did not try to oversell us or push extra options we were not interested in. Prior to this we used very popular local company for over 15 years and I was admittedly hesitant to try a new company; however, I am SO HAPPY that we did because we will now be using Keys Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our HVAC needs.
They responded quickly when I called them and gave me a price within a day. The customer service staff was courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job repairing my AC unit, and I'm glad I went with them for services.

I had the pleasure of working with them as I had my AC go out. They were quick to respond, and they came out within a few hours! The technician was professional and friendly, and did a fantastic job fixing my AC. I will definitely be using them again when I need to get my AC fixed.

I just had a new ac installed in my house and I am very happy with the service I received. The team was very professional and courteous. They also did an excellent job installing the unit. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning services.
I had a heating pipe break in my house and I tried several other companies before coming to you. Your team was able to get me service within 24 hours and they were very professional.
No show. No call. No updates until I called in. Very unprofessional. Can’t speak to the actual work unfortunately. But this means I’ll have to deal with a weekend worth of no ac when I could have called someone else. Update: They called today to tell me that their 1 and only technician quit? And that they could schedule me in a few months. Seems like a scam.
The installation team was lead by Jason and the entire Keys Heating and Air Conditioning staff, including Fred who provided the original estimate and worked out the specifics, were excellent. Following approval, we were able to complete the installation of a furnace and air conditioner in less than two weeks. FULLY RECOMMENDED!!
I was referred to Keys Heating and Air Conditioning by my home warranty. They came out and fixed my my ac in the summer and then they came out and fixed my Refrigerator. The work was done in a timely manner. They provided excellent service and cleaned up after themselves when they where done. The office staff was polite and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work!!
Wonderful job! The technician was very professional, efficient and polite. We are completely happy with the work that was done for us. The furnace give out heat superlatively. We're very grateful to have someone come out with a strong work ethic and do a great job!!

I found Franc at Keys Heating and Air Conditioning company more than knowledgeable technician and a complete gentleman at all time. Have used him twice for both air conditioner installation and recently to do an install for our furnace. He had a great personality and was more than helpful with all of my inquiries. I was very satisfied with his work and will recommend the company to others.
Franc the tech was awesome. He was very nice, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He provided tips and taught me what I can do on my own to prevent future problems. I especially appreciated that he helped identify the best and most affordable solution to fix my AC, rather than trying to sell me on any unnecessary parts or services. My furnace is now running great. I would highly recommend Keys Heating and Air Conditioning company.
