I totally understood why these guys are busy!!! What a wonderful service with reasonable price! This morning, David came in, checked, examined and explained everything perfect and was very kind and friendly. Absolutely recommend these guys!!!!!!

WOW!!! I could not be more impressed by this team. We were informed of a carbon monoxide leak from our existing furnace and it had to be decommissioned. I called this company and they came out to do an estimate the very next day. They were punctual and professional with their estimate, and the quoted price was less than our previous estimates from other companies. When we hired them for the job, they got started on install the following day. Within one week of decommissioning our furnace we had a brand new furnace and HVAC system installed and functioning perfectly! An added bonus - installers were extremely professional and neat! We could not be happier with the provided service and will continue to use this company for any future needs.

We reached out to many companies to do the duct work for kitchen hood, but finally chose this company because Sergei was very knowledgeable and the quote was reasonable. The entire team knew what needed to be done and completed the work in the committed time. All technicians were knowledgeable and were explaining what they were doing in layman terms. The quality of work was good and we thoroughly recommend this company!
MY FURNACE WENT OUT!!! I called Prime Systems. Serghei came by that evening and diagnosed my Furnace and figured out the problem! He was the most sincere and gave me an honest and fair quote for parts they would have to order. He even gave me a heater to stay warm through the night. Denis came by in the morning and had it fully repaired in what felt like minutes. I couldn't recommend them enough. 🤘😎🤘
Great service, old furnace was acting up Prime Systems came in reviewed the old system and replaced the furnace the next day. Great job clean install will use them again if needed.
So happy I came across these folks, truly a no nonsense HVAC company! I reached out for an estimate on a new furnace and they responded quickly with a fair price. Prime Systems Heating and it’s owner are the fastest most helpful people I know. When I had problems with the thermostat, it was replaced that evening. When I had problems with my furnace, it was replaced the next day. When I had problems with the water heater, it was fixed as scheduled. This is amazing response time from knowledgeable people. Prime System just installed a new high efficiency furnace for my house. My old furnace was too old and broke down on the coldest day this winter. Referred by a friend and texted Prime Systems in the evening. Got a reply within 5 minutes and a very nice guy stopped by the next morning to do a free estimate, and offered options all with very good value. Got the new furnace installed 3 days, including Christmas, later. Also included in the package is a new smart thermostat. So responsive, efficient, punctual, and professional. Everything was taken care of meticulously. Final bill is exactly as quoted. No hidden cost at all. They even did things not included in the estimate for free. Highly recommended!!
Prime systems is an amazing company to work with. I had an issue with my furnace/ heat pump and they came out quickly and sorted everything. Explained everything in detail and fixed the issues promptly. Couldn’t recommended them anymore and will continue to use them in the future.
Can't recommend Serghei and Prime Systems highly enough. We had multiple other HVAC outfits look at our system and tell us it could not be repaired & had to be replaced (which would have cost ~15X more money...). Serghei came out and told us he'd first explore repair options, then prepare other estimates if he was unable to track down the replacement parts we'd need. He found the parts in ~10 minutes and we scheduled the repairs immediately. The tech who showed up (Lakiv) was on time, very friendly, professional, and completed all the repairs very quickly and efficiently. He was also super patient and answered a few additional questions we had while he was working. The system is now operating perfectly again & the heat pump now runs as quietly as if it was brand new.
I have nothing but glowing reviews for Serghei and his staff. As a general contractor, I require subs that are not only competent but also work well with clients. Serghei is five star in both categories.

I picked Prime System after looking at 3 estimates. Prime Systems was the best value and I didn't have to wait months for installation. They installed quickly and I have a very efficient AC unit now. After installation I needed a few adjustments and Sergei stopped by and offered suggestions on how to make the system perform better. Totally recommend Prime System and I will call them when my furnace needs replacing.
