DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!! I work for a small business that recently had U.R. out to fix our AC--an $800+ repair. They had allegedly fixed fixed it, but I personally turned it on the very next day, and nothing had changed. Our AC is still just fanning air, with zero chill. We let them know right away, and they refuse to do the job right or give us our money back for having done nothing. They're trying to say we'll have to pay them even more than that to have them do the job right. Totally ripped off the smile on the block, its just not right.

I had 2 other companies come out to fix my heat pump and they both replaced parts that didn’t fix the issue. Then Universal came out and fixed it without even using a part! Very honest and professional company! Would definitely recommend.
I am currently visiting family here in Washington (im from California) and as I am at a red light this man in a universal refrigeration truck just tosses out about half a cup of coffee and just drives off. And from the looks of these reviews, this isn't the only time it happened. A Mister Igor Sorochuk has a surprisingly similar story to mine. I hope you fire whoever this is.
UR has consistently responded for our service requests promptly, professionally and courteously. Troy and his crew are always a pleasure to have at our facility and they do excellent work. Bryan, their PM, is another great UR employee-friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wish I could give Universal Refrigeration a 6 star review!
After another company came out and completely misdiagnosed the problem, along with trying to price gouge us. Universal came out, did a thorough diagnosis, and fixed our problems (Not the problem the 1st "freaken" company found). The 1st company told us a unit was broken that was actually working fine. Universal did an excellent job and got to the root of the problem, put more parts in, and was still cheaper then the freaked company. I will use Universal from here on out with all my HVAC needs. We are warm again and didn't cost an arm & leg. Thank you very much!!!
Scheduled us to be in the waiting list. Waited for one month and when called they had no idea whome to send . Very irresponsible about customers
Our heater had been out for 3 weeks when it was in the 30’s at night. We contacted Eagle heating and made a appointment. It took awhile because omicron was very rampant at the time and a lot people were sick. Dominic was wearing his mask and was here on time. He texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he answered all my questions and we both had each laughing at jokes. We found out that a part had to be ordered but as soon as they got it he was here to install it. We were happy to have our heat up and running again. Thanks Eagle for getting us warmed up again. Anita H.
