Amazing HVAC company to work with!! Got a new Mitsubishi heat pump installed with them and the experience was great!! Clean installs as seen in the photos, super responsive on a couple of follow up items like installing wifi connectivity for the custom thermostat and county inspections. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!

I was wanting more comfort in my whole house to be cooler in our very warm summer months, and decided to get central air installed. David came out and explained all my best options that I was looking for (he is THE BEST!) They managed to squeeze my install into their very busy schedule -- just in time before the hot summer days! Andrew and his crew did a superb job adding a heat pump with air conditioning, locating the unit on the opposite side of my house like I wanted. All the connections and whole installation was very professionally done, and I couldn't be happier with their work and service! I ultimately chose Essential Heating and Air because of their quality, price, customer service and care, as well as their long warranty on all parts and labor. I highly recommend them!
Essential Heating and Air was extremely responsive to our request for install, getting us on schedule fast and putting in the new unit all in one day. They walked us through all of the options and differences before we made a decision. We did not feel pressured into a decision by the team.
Consultation Service and Installation were great, with accurate recommendations for my house and energy efficiency. The time to install and deliver the equipment was amazing as well the professional attitude and clean service into the house.

The weather outside is scorching right now, but we are enjoying the cool comfort of our home because of our newly installed heat pump by Essential Heating. They did a great job, very professional and respectful all the way. I highly recommend this company.

We got countless quotes and theirs was not only the best, but also was transparent and timely. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently to get the job done while also respecting our space during the process and returned things cleaner than they were before. Essential helped us replace our aging furnace with a heat pump using our existing ductwork to add cooling. Ruben was very helpful throughout the process, answering questions, knowledgeable about installation details and the required Seattle permits, and followed up after the install. He was also very patient and checked in regularly during our challenging HOA approval process. Install went smoothly and they handled a couple of small surprises without any trouble, inspections all went fine. The system has been working great so far, heating right away after installation and doing a great job cooling during some unusually warm days already this spring. Great experience throughout, highly recommend them!
Wonderful experience all around. These folks were professional, quick, responsive, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. I used them for an AC installation I scheduled a quote appointment over text and once I picked an option, they came out to install within 2 weeks. I have a 3 story home without much room to work with, but they were able to find a great spot for the unit and route the necessary cabling all the way down from the attic. And the AC has been working great these past few hot days. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get air conditioning installed.

Rueben and team are extremely professional. Making an HVAC purchase, especially in this time of rising costs, is a huge decision. The team at Essential Air took the extra time to find me affordable options. Additionally the work they performed was of extremely high quality. This was a great experience for us from the initial contact through the installation process. We were replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump to add air conditioning. We had three estimates, and Ruben was by far the most thorough in asking questions to determine our exact needs, checking off their needs and building a quote that worked for us. He provided us with different options and was low key with no pressure throughout the process. Essential was in the middle price wise but we went with them because of their professionalism, and felt their bid was the most comprehensive and would not leave us with questions at the end. They let us know as they were on their way, and showed up exactly on the time they had scheduled. The team let us know what their plan was, and kept us updated throughout the day. It was a full day, they did not finish until 7PM, and had technical issues that prevented them from starting the units. They let us know that the owner would be there first thing the next morning to troubleshoot the issue. Ben showed up exactly on time and resolved everything. He spent the time to acquaint us with all the workings, and the new thermostat. Everything was exactly as promised, cleaned up, and now works exactly as advertised. Financing was quick and easy with a two year 0% interest loan. I would give five stars, and recommend Essential to anyone for their heating/cooling needs.
We just had Esential Heating and Air install a ducted heat pump system in our 1913 home. The team worked from 10 am until 7 pm to make sure everything was perfect. They cleaned everything up nicely and were very protective of our surrounding items. They were very professional and did a great job explaining how everything worked to us and even to our 10-year-old son who had his own set of questions! We would definitely work with Essential H&A again, and will be recommending them to our design clients!
The whole process was excellent, from the estimate to the install. The employees were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They listened to what I asked for and exceeded what I expected. If I need anything more for HVAC I will look to Essential to help.
I had a very good experience with Ruben when he came to my house for an estimate of installing an air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and checked many different areas before he decides the right size of air conditioner. He spent more than a hour in my house just to explain everything I needed to know and went over their products and all options. I would recommend essential heating and air conditioner to anyone!
