These experts are excellent at what they do, they are incredibly detailed while cleaning the dryer vents system. They even had a little vacuum to catch any stray particles. I'm quite pleased with the job, would strongly endorse, and will use them once again in the future.

The Moment Air Duct Cleaning Auburn technician that arrived to do the air duct cleaning service was kind, considerate, and professional. I am shocked by how dirty our system is and what we were inhaling. Every time we switched on the heater, we would become unwell. Since having our air ducts cleaned, we have been able to breathe easier, and we will certainly be calling Moment Air Duct Cleaning Auburn to do this every year!

I called Moment Air Duct Cleaning Auburn after a failed DIY attempt to replace a thermostat. My furnace wasn't responding to the new thermostat and with exceptionally cold morning temperatures it was imperative that I got my furnace working again ASAP. It was great to actually speak to a human when I called. They were able to send a technician the next morning. Luis was very polite and clearly communicated what he needed to do in order to diagnose the problem and ultimately fix it. Luckily, it was fixable on the spot and did not require ordering/waiting for any expensive parts. I appreciated Luis' honesty and clear communication.

I called Duct Cleaning Services on a Friday. They were very responsive and quickly got me scheduled for next week. Owen arrived in time and explained to me how the work would be done and how long it might take. I could see the progress when he also shared how the vents look like before/after the cleaning. Overall the experience is pleasant and I would use them again for next years cleaning!
