Overall experience was very good. Only one training area needed for improvement. Technical rep was apparently a newly hired staff person who was unaware that the product we wanted was not ordinarily provided by his company. However, the company made good in providing us with the product we wanted. Good job!
Eric was what I expect every technician to be…prompt, (arrival window was 8-12 and he showed up at 8 with a 7:30 heads-up), extremely courteous, and kept me abreast of what he was doing every step of the way. Cost of repair was what I expected. I’m very happy with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone. I generally don’t give Google reviews but this was well deserved. Thanks Allred!
Very kind and professional! I appreciated the tracking option so I could see how far away they were. They fixed up our AC unit quickly and efficiently!

Tim, Zack, Bo and Josh were awesome installers. The complete installation only took 4 hours and we were up and running with our new heat pump cooling the house. I highly recommend Allred for HVAC systems.
I know my system is hard to diagnose but it acted up after they came out. And now it won't cool when it's warm out. It works fine when they come and they just leave. Updated: updating the review because in the fourth trip out he's finally got a diagnosis. Fingers crossed. But still only 3 stars because I've don't have any hvac tech friends, regardless of location, let alone disgruntled ones. Reply that my case is unfortunately hard to diagnose or something, but don't make stupid up in your replies. BTW, they've done great work in the past. It's just frustrating to have a misbehaving AC for months. And now it'll be hot out.

Installation of new furnace and heat pump was a ver positive experience. Travis and Jason (and so sorry I can not remember the 3rd person’s name) but all were very professional! They were awesome!! Thank you so much!
They installed a new HVAC in our educational wing of our new church (First Pentecostal Church of Bonney Lake) and did the duct cleaning in the sanctuary. They were very professional from the office personnel to the techs. Great experience! I would recommend them.
Overall had a good experience from start to finish. Only put a 4 star because of the of the tubing and electrical work could have looked more professional. I was expecting the tubing and electrical to be in the wall and none of it was it’s all just attached to the wall and showing.
Timely, very knowledgeable, and produced the estimate on site. Great personality and efficient. Pricing is about 20% higher than the market. 3 other proposals all less than yours.
Eric was personable, professional and very nice. He took the time to look up multiple manuals to try and figure out what was wrong as well as told me different options I could take and clear steps to help fix my fire place.
Brandon Pippenger came to my home today to clean the duct work in my home. He also fixed a problem that a previous technician from the week before had not handled. Brandon went out of his way to clean my electronic air filter that was not easy to access in my attic. No other technician had made sure it had been done. He is the most efficient technician I have ever had in my home. Allred should be very proud of this young man. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I considered cancelling my monthly service fee from past experiences until Brandon made me feel better about my decision to use Allred.
Robert Garcia was early and enthusiastic. He actually taught me about my system and explained the importance of maintenance, especially since I have 2 cats. He was so friendly, helpful and fun!! Fantastic experience!!
The service tech Chris Castro was polite, honest, hard working, and went above and beyond in a time that people don’t provide service. He stayed late to ensure the repair was complete and tried to explain the issues in layman’s terms for me.
Allred experience was first class top to bottom. -Christian came out to give us an estimate on options for our heat pump, and unlike the company who installed our furnace, we weren't burdened with 'salesy' gimmicks like "oh wait, my manager just gave me permission to give you X discount if you say yes right now." He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and no-pressure. -We received text and email notifications for all scheduling, which included photos of the people who were coming out to the house. Excellent communication left us with no questions or concerns. - The install group was phenomenal. They were thorough and took the time to fix our previously installed 'not to code' ducting in the furnace room. They were clean, leaving absolutely no trace inside the house. The heat pump was installed on a level concrete pad and all the electrical and piping was installed flawlessly. There was a communication issue at the end of the install with my old furnace and the new thermostat to which the installers stayed to troubleshoot. They assured me they wouldn't leave until everything was up and running properly. - Finally, I was assured that Allred requires all of their work to be inspected and approved by the city (which many of the big name companies don't require). City came by this morning and complimented me/Allred on the installation as well as the new coil they installed on my older furnace. All said, couldn't be happier with this major purchase. Spending this kind of money on a major home project can bring on a little anxiety. Now that we have AC for the summer, will save money on heat in the winter, I'm so glad we decided to make this investment.
Just had our annual maintenance of the HVAC system for our home. The technicians were nice, knowledgeable, and walked the line between helpful and pitching us on new system. They provided great service, while giving enough information on future recommendations to improve/update our home's heating and cooling technology.
Ashley and Matt arrived on time. I answered the door and was met with smiles and professional demeanor. They took time to listen to my description of our problem. Once I was finished they looked at our zone unit, assessed the problem and fixed it. Before they left we discussed the fix, areas of potential concern and some environmental issues that I was not aware of. My wife joined us for this short discussion and we were both left impressed with both their professionalism and genuine interest in making sure we were 100% satisfied with their visit. Awesome! 8 years with our HVAC system. Multiple visits from different companies and never once this level of satisfaction. What a great experience. Thanks
Bo Torres was very friendly and he knows what he was doing in installing electrical breaker and diagnosis. He did everything in not even one hour and I was so impressed.
Brandon helped get my cat out of the air vents. He went above & beyond to get her out. Will definitely use this company again for any issues with air, heating, etc. 5 stars for sure! ⭐️
