Bud was excellent and Griffis is very affordable.
Highly recommend! Got multiple quotes to replace our dead gas furnace and they won on price. Even better, Jeff listened to what I wanted and didn't try to hard sell. Installer arrived on time, did a great job with the install and explained the new filter process and finishing the permitting. Final cost was the estimated cost. Couldn't be happier with them.

Had my furnace replaced and new heat pump installed just before Christmas. Workmanship is excellent. An unforeseen cold spell, caused the condensation tube for the furnace to freeze up outside and shut down the system. They walked me through getting it running again, when it was not safe to be out on the roads for a service call due to snow, and implemented a fix for it in a timely manner. Iam very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Griffis to anyone. Thanks guys.
Huge shoutout to Brienne. We ran out of heating oil during the snow putting our house into the 40 degree range. When I explained the issue she went out of her way to go elsewhere to retrieve the special part I needed same day and gave me tips on how to troubleshoot/fix it. She was very professional and it's clear this company wants your long term business and not just a quick buck. Their service guys have also been very honest and helpful. We will definitely continue to go through them for all of our future maintenance and repairs. Hoping she gets some kind of recognition from the owners for treating their customers so well
What a great company! I was having an issue with condensation in my unit and my house was cold from no heat. They were able to help me with easy instruction over the phone to get it running again in less than 30 minutes. I also got some great tips along the way. This company has earned my business and I will be calling for annual maintenance year after year. Thank you for all the help!

Our furnace went out on last week. I called around for price quotes on diagnostic. Griffis Heating was the cheapest near me. Plus lots of great reviews. I booked an appointment with Brienne for 2/8/2021.Time between 12pm-4pm. She was very kind and courteous. Answered all my questions. Tech's name was Mike. He called me at 10am on day of appointment and said he was on his way over. Yay! I didn't have to wait any longer. He showed up and went to work. I told him the issue with the furnace and to work he went. Found the issue and replaced the part. Total time here was around 30min. Very pleased with how everything was done. Mike, you were awesome! Thank you! My family can have heat before the supposed cold and snow show up later this week.
They got our old oil furnace up and running, parts are next to impossible to find, and they did it! Thank you!!!
I called and they were at my house in less than 48 hours. Prompt service. Friendly repairman. He explained what was wrong and had the part on his truck and fixed it right then. Price was reasonable. Will use them again if necessary.
Griffis is a super Company. They are Knowledgeable, Curtious, Efficient and reasonably priced. I spent a career overseeing bigger properties with bigger systems. When I found great Companies like this, I spread the word to my employers. Companies are hard to find like this. I can prove it by the way I look (worn out). That was from deeling with the other types of businesses, 😁 This comment is coming from a ruthless Capitalist who also doesn't like to spend unless the job is done the way things were done back in the day. The job seemed about $150.00 - $200.00 less than it should have been. I actually had seen all that was done. They did not cut corners and put the 🍒 on top at the end. They rock. Way to go Griffis. Thank you.
Seriously, don’t even bother getting other bids. This company will give you a fair price and outstanding service, service being the most important. Mike and Jeff were our installers for a brand new ductless A/C system and they really delivered. They went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed exactly the way we wanted it and with minimal change in the esthetics of our home. I will never go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.
They replaced a part. Cost was reasonable. My heat pump is old and they give me tips on prolonging the life on it. We have used them every time we have an issue. They sre wonderful. I recommend them
Bryan Griffis is patient and kind. His team is responsive and knowledgeable and we are very happy with our installation and service. We will be using them for ongoing maintenance.
We had Griffis replace our furnace and install an AC unit. I couldn't imagine a better experience. We have done business with Griffis for close to a decade maintaining our previous furnace. Even so, we got several bids and Griffis was the lowest. They showed up when they said they would. They performed the work that was agreed on. They always behaved professionally. They were patient with us and they answered all our questions. Everything was explained fully. Now we have a brand new, high quality HVAC system and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Griffis to anyone that needs a new HVAC system or anyone that needs system maintenance.
I've used Griffis Heating to service my annual furnace and AC cleaning and tune-up for years, and to replace whatever parts that maybe needed, I trust them to keep my them working for years.
The same guy came to clean the furnace as I have had before and he does a good job.
Prior to contacting Griffis Heating, Inc., we had multiple other companies take a look at our A.C. unit. Every one of them gave us a different diagnosis and all came to the conclusion that fixing it would cost almost as much as replacing the entire unit, which would have cost five or six thousand dollars. Thank goodness we decided to ask Griffis as well. Our technician, James was friendly and courteous, and diagnosed in just a couple of minutes that we just needed to replace a part. In minutes we had nice, cool air pumping into the house. His honesty meant a lot to us since we know how easy it is to just go for the big sale. Well, guess who we'll be calling when it is time to replace the unit. Thank you Griffis!
Griffis crew was very expedient, and we love 💕 the Mitsubishi ductless heating system. It is a godsend. Also, Brian, the owner, answers his phone 📱 and questions promptly. He is very thorough as well as having a great crew.
