Very professionally done, very respectful of my home and did a high quality job! They met the schedule and budget, and I certainly would recommend NWCS to others.
We lucked out that the previous owner of our home used NW Comfort Systems to install a new furnace in 2017. Rhian was not only on time and very professional, he also took the time to explain why the part in our furnace failed to avoid future issue. I learned more about our furnace in the hour he was here than I had in my whole life! Great price and we felt very well taken care of by this company. We will never go anywhere else!
I appreciate Northwest Comfort Systems very much. We got a wonderful new furnace and Rhian and Marcus did a great job. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Rhian is very knowledgable and gave me all the instruction and information I needed to understand the options, best choices, and how to use the new furnace. They were very kind and easy to work with. Thank you!
NW Comfort Systems installed a new furnace, new thermostat, re-piped the gas line to bring it into code and repaired/replaced the furnace and water heater vents all in one day. The work is beautiful and now the house is up to code. They also taught me how to get the most out of my new system. Now the house is toasty warm and I am one satisfied customer.
Very professional and easy to work with. Love my system!
Rhian was great to work with! He's super knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly and all around a really nice guy that seems to really know his trade. He gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for our situation. We will definitely call NW Comfort Systems again next time our furnace needs servicing.
I’ve been using Northwest Comfort Systems for 15 years. Always friendly service, clear explanations, and easy to work with—Larry, Rhian, and Mike are all great. Highly recommend!
NW Comfort was great! They installed a new heat pump system and even though there was a manufacturers defect they immediately found another unit, came back a couple of days later, replaced it, ran full systems checks, and we're good to go with no problems. They're friendly, reliable, and took great care of us. We'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!
Larry was friendly and very helpful in diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system.
I had Northwest Comfort System service and maintain my forced air furnace several times and then install a new unit. They are quick and professional, give clear explanations and a fair price. When I had urgent needs, they found a way to be there for me. I plan to use them again for my new home.
A company that cares more about it customers than a quick buck.
Rhian was very knowledgeable about the installation and maintenance of our Coleman HVAC system. Helpful, friendly and thorough.
We asked NW Comfort Systems to install an HVAC system in our new home. Why? Because in our old home when Mike (their tech), responded to three separate emergency calls, he took the time to explain the causes and how I as the home owner could fix the problems if they reoccurred. Mike is a teacher. He enjoys sharing his knowledge. We knew a new system would be expensive and wanted someone we could trust to do the work. We knew Mike and we trusted him! We are very pleased with the results!
Always professional, high quality work! The office and the technicians are friendly and reliable. I hired NWComfort Systems to install a new furnace several years ago, add a brand new AC system in 2020, and to do a tune up/inspection today on furnace and AC. Rhian takes time to answer Qs and explain how to operate Thermostat easily and efficiently.
Rhian helped us so much! I was having trouble getting my furnace’s fan to turn on this summer. I have previously been able to circulate the air throughout the house (forced air) for 6 summers. They had installed my furnace back in 2015, and I’m happy I’ve just called the number for NWCS stuck to it for service. It ended up being a dud thermostat, which Rhian had troubleshooted and then replaced. What a relief during another hot spell in Seattle! Thank you!
Mike, Ryian & Jacob @ NW Comfort Systems installed our new furnace, AC unit and thermostat! We could not have asked for better service. The installation was smooth, all were absolutely professional and friendly, gave superior guidance in the operation of the new system and were meticulously clean each day when there were finished. We highly recommend NW Comfort Systems to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC and for service and upkeep of their systems. Absolutely the finest!!!
Excellent customer service
Installed a new Coleman gas furnace. Very patient, polite, and professional. During and after installation everything was explained and all my questions answered. This is the heating & cooling company you're looking for.
When we moved in to our house three years ago the furnace and AC unit hadn't been serviced in quite some time and had a bunch of issues including that part of it caught fire two days after we moved in. They came out and got us up and running within a matter of days. In the years since, we've had them out each year for regular maintenance and we've been beyond thrilled with how friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive all the employees are. They have a customer for life in us and we just can't recommend them highly enough.
Larry came to service the furnace in a home we just moved into. We used Northwest Comfort systems in the past and were happy with their work. Larry told me I needed a new furnace because the heat exchange unit was cracked and using the furnace in such condition would be dangerous due to carbon monoxide emissions. He sent us a quote for the job. I also had a 2nd quote from another vendor who found no problem with the heat exchange units. I had another independent inspector look at the furnance who also found no problems. The 2nd company installed a new furnace for us after going without heat for ten days. This company left me with the three heat exchange units from the old furnace They did not show any cracks. I still have these in my possession. I suggest that you get a 2nd opinion if Larry suggests a new furnace based upon a heat exchange unit crack.
