Bryce is a delight to speak with care about his work found the problem and got me out of 90 plus degree heat in a quick Compassitor swap out. Hope I won't need them for a very long time but they will be the 1st I'll call. From schedule to the day of Service everything was quick, easy and very Friendly.
They came out on the day we called, found out that the capacitor was bad, replaced it and cooled the fan motor down, then started it again to check coolant levels and everything was fine, only charged for the capacitor and the service charge.
Satisfied with the service. Technician was professional and kept me informed and provided detailed explanations of what steps he took. Had to order a part but he took the extra step to ensure i was able to take advantage of the warranty. Far better experience than M.A. Williams

First, during a time of high demand, Southern Goodman was wildly responsive when other companies were not. They kept me informed about my service appointment and the arrival of the technician and were unusually attentive and pleasant. The technicians Silas and William were outstanding, diagnosing the issue and repairing the non-operating a/c all in 90+ degree heat, all the time as pleasant as the office staff. No up sell pressure, just good information so I could make smart informed decisions. a/c now working and a professional relationship I will certainly continue. 10 out of 10 on every level.

Reggie and Billy came to my home today to maintenance my system! We had built our home almost 3 years ago and our unit has constantly ran since, we never knew this was an issue. They arrived and I then presented me with the numbers my unit was pulling and discovered our system was never fully charged by the original install company. I highly recommend southern Goodman for all of your HVAC needs and will use them for the foreseeable future. Thank you for the honest and thorough work your technicians provided!
I've been in Midlo for about a year so I needed a new contact for my HVAC needs. My AC went out and my sister recommended Southern Goodman. They were able to help me out within a few hours of me contacting them! I also love their professional website, which made contact easier for me. Bryce helped me with repairs and cleaning of my unit. He was so nice and explained everything to me very well.
Michael, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. However I thought the $169 cost to unfreeze the Evap core was a bit much....or the other option offered was to allow a day or two for it to thaw on its own at which time the technician would return and continue troubleshooting. Hugh customer inconvenience.
My AC stopped working yesterday(Sunday) did an online appt for the next day. Was fixed almost immediately !!
What a very professional service man. He took the time to answer all my questions an offeted me options to fix my problem. He also shared information on their maintenance program which saved me money on my current repair when I signed up.

Courteous and professional! There was a bit of a wait for my scheduled maintenance appointment. Just moved in to my new home and the HVAC wasn't work properly. They came and fixed the issue quickly, very officiant. Will be using them for our HVAC needs now and in future!
