I've used HVAC Near Me twice for unrelated issues. Both times, I could not have been happier. I got someone on the phone the first time I called, scheduling was easy, and the technician showed up exactly when they said they would and did exceptional work. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the technician spent some extra time to make sure I understood what they did, why, and how to do the upkeep myself. Everyone I talked to from scheduling to the technician has been pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and responsive. I plan to continue using them for any and all HVAC needs in the future!

Replaced outside heat/ac unit and inside air handler. Also installed thermostat. What was suppose to be 3 /4 day job they completed in 1. Finished in the pouring down rain. Great team work, took time to teach two helpers, 3 seasoned mechanics and 1 ready for his own truck. Great crew. Under budget and ahead of schedule! What company does that especially these days? HVAC NEAR ME RVA does when they can. Honest quality work you can depend on. Highly recommend.
We had our unit serviced in July which was great. The fan was constantly blowing so the tech was going to look into the warranty and fixing the heat kit and get back to me. He never contacted me back. Late September my unit shut down completely. Realized Gary never messaged me about heat kit. Messaged him to tell him the unit was dead. He didn’t come out to check it and said I needed new heat kit. Item was backordered. Two weeks with no response to texts, I suggest we buy whole new HVAC. He was going to get me a price…crickets. I finally talked to the admin person at the company who gave me the details on my unit and what I needed. Contacted a new hvac guy recommended from a friend. He came out and checked yesterday. The heat kit is fully functional. It’s the blower motor that’s dead. That part is in stock and I could’ve had this fixed a month ago!
Gary was absolutely amazing. Had zero issue with answering my questions, took the extra time to explain the what and why of what he was doing, handled the primary issue and then went several steps beyond to help troubleshoot unrelated issues. Taught me extra things about the system to help save us more money in the future.
