After a bit of a “rocky” start, everything went just fine. He obviously knew what he was doing!!
Matt Olsen was amazing. He explained everything very well and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. They are upfront with costs and are very fair. I will be using them again and requesting Matt!
Got the job done quickly. They always come same day. We decided replace rather than repair and they squeezed us in next day. Gave us options but guided us through the process. Lent us an AC unit until they could complete our install to make us a little more comfortable.
Technician called ahead and was very professional during the appointment. When finished, he thoroughly outlined my options.

My AC quit working and Mark Z. came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had it up and running within minutes. Mark was courteous, professional, explained the issue (and how to avoid it in the future). Great experience.
Very fast service. RJ was on-time, got it done and Our AC was back up and chugging along as it should be doing in a few minutes. After I used another company for years and made them $35K+ they let us down. I'll use 1 HOUR from now on. Thank You 1 HOUR for the great communication and getting us cool again quickly!

Update: 6/16/23 Previous review was for about a year ago. Ralph was very nice and informative. He fixed a couple issues under the house. Thanks again! 1 year ago: Tobin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got us through the process and completed the repair quickly and efficiently so we could get on with our normal day. So thankful for this! Glad we didn't have to go without AC for very long at all.

Could have been bad. Mark educated me on some self diagnosis and maintenance stuff I can do. Found minor issues and fixed on the spot. Super people here.
