Griffith installed the system in our new home during building- so we didn’t hire them directly but our builder used them. After a year (as to not void our warranty) we had our hvac company come to assess an issue (no longer cooling). Turns out they had installed the system incorrectly. It was an expensive and unnecessary fix.
Team came out after hours and kept me informed of the work that was needed. Nice folks, will use again.

I purchased 3 AC units with a furnace and heat pump for two different houses from Griffith. They were recommended to me by Ferguson. Reasonable prices and the installations went smoothly. Highly recommend them!

Always excellent. 10+ years of preventive maintenance
I had cheaper estimates but went with Griffith for a couple of reasons. The first was the warranty. 10 years on compressor, parts, and labor. Nobody came close to that on labor. The others only offered a year on labor. Another reason was the brand. American Standard makes good products and they stand by the warranty. Griffith was also quick to respond with a visit/estimate on the same day I first called them. They installed the unit 3 days later. This is the second house where I have used Griffith and they have been great each time.
Griffith was able to provide same day service, arrived during the scheduled window, and our technician texted a photo as well as let me know he was heading to the house. I appreciated the notice and how quickly the repair was made. Our technician was extremely respectful, kind, and diagnosed the issue within a minute. Would recommend!

They were the first folks I called to spec out the addition in the house we just bought. Their response was very prompt, price was very competitive and they installed the system the next day after the framing was completed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
They did a maintenance check and repair on our system. They were professional, polite and informative. We've used them for the past 15 years..ever since we moved to Richmond. Would highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them for all our ac/heat pump needs.
