I’m done with this company. Replaced a part twice in 3 months and two years later tell me the at is not under warranty. What?! And I have to call them to find this out when the technician said in his notes “need response asap”. Dishonesty is not a way of doing business. And to try and take advantage of a situation is worse. Do not recommend and get multiple recommendations. So angry and disappointed.
I have worked with Daniel’s Heating and Refrigeration on several occasions and have always been extremely pleased with their service, fairness, prompt response to my request and professionalism. These are my go to guys for anything related to air conditioning and heating. I use them for my home and my business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Ms. Daniel too. I have talked to her on several occasions and it has always been a delight.
I was very pleased with the overall experience with Daniel’s Heating & Refrigeration. The technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, personable and thorough . My heating and cooling systems have never been so well checked. I feel very confident that I can depend on his evaluation and expertise.
Called the emergency number and a technician came within the hour. Much appreciated.
We have been with Daniel’s for many years Now. They are a family owned business and they treat their employees and their customers as part of their family. We always enjoy seeing the techs come by and they are all on a first name basis with us. They do a fantastic job too and are always on the level.

Routine maintenance revealed a bad coil. Ellie found our warranty and was able to charge us for labor and freon only. Turnaround was quick and communication excellent.

I called Daniels to install a bathroom fan. They were efficient and got the job done in 3 hours, new duct work etc was needed. Thanks for the great work the fan is so quiet it is hard to remember it is on.
Daniel's employees are always professional, responsive and on time. My most recent experience for maintenance was, as usual, great. So glad I found them.
** Sorry for the long review, but I can't say enough good things about Daniel's Heating and Refrigeration ** I am so happy that I chose Daniel's for my heat pump installation. I priced out several competitors and my decision boiled down to the most honest, most personable, and best-valued system. I worked with Ronnie on my quote and he gave me his best price the first time around, unlike another large commercial contractor. He explained the work that would be done and educated me on the system. I even learned how the installation of my previous system was not as efficient as it could be because the duct size did not allow maximum airflow. I was happy to schedule my installation with Daniel's, however, when the day came, I was stranded in New York because of a delayed flight coming back from Nashville. I called and emailed the office to reschedule because there was no way I would make it back in time. Mrs. Daniel returned my call in the morning. She was so understanding and kind and was able to keep me calm in what felt like a chaotic situation for me. On the day of the installation, John, my technician, did a spectacular job and I had a chance to meet Mrs. Daniel when she personally came to my home to collect payment. But the AC stopped working a few weeks after my unit was up and running. I called the office to report the issue and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Jeff came out to diagnose the situation and determined that I'd need a part replaced. Within a couple of days, John returned to do the repair and my system was back to normal. Thank you all so much for being a wonderful business and having such professional, kind, and delightful people on staff. I am so happy to be a part of this family!
We are so thankful for this company. Because of the terrible experience we had with the company (will not mention) who installed our first Lennox upstairs system, we never would have been able to make the comparison. We just knew we did not want the prior company to install our new downstairs gas furnace/air unit. We had gotten two estimates. Ronnie with Daniels spent an hour or more looking everything over, even went under the house to check the ductwork and went over the different options. The other company spent maybe all of 10 minutes and said that he did not have to look at ductwork. It was a no-brainer, we were going with Daniels. They showed up early on the day of install and worked nonstop getting the entire job done by 5pm. This was installing new gas heater, heat pump, new ductwork under the house and the thermostat. AND BETTER YET....IT WORKS!!! They even did all the paperwork insuring the system got registered and filed for rebate which we have already received. THANK YOU DANIELS!!! DANIELS IS ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST HVAC COMPANY AROUND.
This company is truly focused on customer service. I hired them more than a year ago to flush my tankless water heater and look over my A/C system. I was so impressed by the technician (Kenny) who did the work that I signed up for a 1 year maintenance plan. The technician was thorough and explained everything he found about my system. He really took his time. My interactions with the office personnel are also the definition of good customer service. A while later, I decided to replace my thermostats. I called and had a long conversation with the person in the office (Ellie) about what the best types of thermostats I should buy and the cost if I purchased from Daniel's. She was very knowledgeable and offered various alternatives with the strengths and weaknesses of each. I decided to see if I could beat the cost of the units. Luckily, I found the units on a special deal on Amazon. When I called back and told her, she was fine with that and agreed they would install them for me. Kenny showed up to do the work and was just as excellent as before. In fact, he set up the Wi-Fi connections for me. They are prompt, responsible, and very fairly priced. I do not hesitate for a second in giving them my highest recommendation. Every employee I have encountered is professional and caring and demonstrates that customer service is number one.
Needed a very particular water heater to pair with an Aquatherm air handler that was previously installed. Ronnie was able to order the exact heater I needed and have it installed within two days. He also identified an issue with the old water heater installation and made sure to walk me through everything and install this one correctly. Price was agreeable and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
A week ago we contacted Daniel's Heating for a quote on Heating system. They were recommended by family member. Ronnie came out and carefully review our system an provided several quotes. Also discovered the duct work needed upgraded. Ronnie and his team were professionals. This company has years of experience (since 1954) and knowledgeable. They even completed the paperwork for my certification for my unit for me. Thanks again Ronnie and team!!
Trying to get a professional response from the Office Manager doesn’t happen until you complain to the owners. If you wish to be treated decently, do NOT call this company!!! Technicians tell you one thing but the billing says something else. Wasting my time no more with this company who said they fixed their system at my house only to have it break again three weeks later. Not spending another $300 for them to look at their system and then take their time fixing it. IF YOU USE, KNOW THEIR POLICIES. They love to quote policy and cancel.
We called Daniel's Heating and Refrigeration for an estimate on a furnace and air conditioner. Ronnie took the time to education us in the type of systems we had and what our options were. Having an understanding of the ins and outs of the working systems was greatly appreciated and helped in making a decision that will be best for our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Called Daniel's about a hot water heater. The guy who came out talked to me like an adult who had a clue. That was very positive, and because of that he was clear with me on my options. I knew what the $1K option was, the $5K option, etc... Was very friendly and thorough. Even made sure the new heater would be a size to fit conveniently around my washer/dryer. An hour later I had a quote, and an hour after that I had three guys in my house installing a hot water heater. Their quote was $800 less than a competitor, same unit. The installers did their work without lollygagging... My wife let them in and by the time I went to check on them they were done. The area was left clean and dry. Thrilled with Daniel's. Great service, fair price. They are "my" plumber from now on. Cool pen.
