Great customer service, prices are above market price though. Believe me, I called around
After making a call for service and getting scheduled for today, and getting to verify my number, my NEW address, and not getting a window and having to wait over 7 hours at home, I get a text with technician info and wrong address. They are going to the wrong address after all that verification. Bad service, bad customer service, unfriendly people and confused staff. Lost a day and now I have to wait for another company to come and do what they couldn’t do. Won’t recommend anyone to this company
We recently had an issue with our 2 year old HVAC system. We called FH Furr to come and inspect it. Scott Langevin Was our technician and was great. He came out and diagnosed we had a faulty part. He coordinated ordering the new part, and came back for a second visit to install it with a colleague. He was friendly polite and professional. He also took the time to explain everything to us so we understood it. Thank you, Scott and FH Furr!!

Normally, I am a fan and loyal customer of HH FURR ( they have installsed 2 HVAC systems at my property as well as boiler plus regular servicing over years) I tend to trust what they say as fair and honest until recent experience. I have polybutelene pipes ( yes I know these need to be replaced and am working on that) I had a pipe leak. HH FURR told me it was "ILLEGAL for them to repair the leak" and that the only remedy was to repipe the whole unit. To which I was quoted ~$13000 for the work. I called another plumber who explaim s that a repair was not in fact illegal and quite possible. They gave me referral of plumber who resolved the leak issue expeditiously. In addition I receivd a different vendor quote for $7800 for repiping And drywall repair, which HH FuRRs quote did not include. After being a loyal customer for so many years I feel betrayed for being lied to regarding what's possible and taken for a fool for the $13000 quote which they assumed I would sign up for on sight.

It was the best decision I have made in a long time to contact FH Furr. My heat pump was not producing any cool air and although I put up with a hot house for weeks, I finally saved what I needed to address any potential issues with the system. I made an online appointment and they were able to accommodate me the very next day. The people that came to my house were Ricky Seminario and Camron Hardy. They are hands down the absolute best people you could ever hope to have come to your house. They are very patient, they genuinely listen to you and explain things as many times as you need. They walked me through the problem and explained all of the fees and potential ways to save by becoming a member (which is highly worth it in my opinion). My heat pump was well beyond life expectancy and I determined that it was time for a new one. Ricky walked me through every step of the process and made sure all questions were answered and that we were happy with the service. He scheduled me for a new unit installation even faster than I expected! Seriously, I was really blown away by the level of professionalism and high standards displayed by Ricky and Camron. They are excellent representatives of FH Furr. If you are on the fence about giving them a call, just give it a try and see for yourself!
Camron Hardy showed and patiently explained to me the issues with our AC system. Very professional and courteous. Thank you FHFurr for sending Camron to fix the problems with our AC. Excellent!!! Highly recommended.
Craig Guido came out and evaluated my current AC and provided me info on differences between my current AC and more up to date units relative to efficiency and operating costs. He then costed out a new unit for my home with rebates. He was most knowledgeable, professional, and polite.
Michael Hernandez did a great job at our house fixing all of our plumbing needs.
Eric Stallworth arrive on time, was very professional, polite and took the time to explain what he was doing.
A.J. was very professional, knowledgeable ,respectful and timely. He explained everything about our water heater and the plumbing attached to it in way that it was easy to understand and I now understand what each nozzle does. He also gave me some tips/trick on how to clean our drain in our upstairs bathroom sink. I definitely recommend F.H. Furr and more specifically A.J.
Nabil arrived on time and was pleasant. However, after not being able to correct the error, I paid and he left with the promise someone would be in touch to fix the issue. Days passed, no response or callback. Not a good business model. I do not recommend.
Gary and Richard from FH Furr repaired a toilet flange very quickly. It was a top quality service call. I’m very happy.
