Commonwealth was excellent and by far exceeded my expectations. I had an urgent situation and they responded quickly and were able to come out and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very personable.

Stacey takes my call every time with the friendliness and assurance and kindness that one hopes for when the need arises for their service. Mark arrives ON TIME with the professional attitude and the knowledge and commitment to repair the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner. It’s FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME EVERY TIME. I would consider going NOWHERE ELSE for my heating/a/c system needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you don’t either.

We trust them, they always are straight forward and know what they are talking about. We have had many bad experiences with other HVAC companies who misdiagnosed issues and cost us a lot of extra time and money. This company is professional!
Had an issue with a ducted mini split and Mark from Commonwealth was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. He also noted that my contractor who built the addition, which the mini split supplies, undersized the unit. Mark issued me a good estimate for replacement of the unit with a properly sized one and am planning on doing just that.
Commonwealth has been our go to HVAC company for 9+ years… They have replaced our home system, and now our business system and done maintenance on our home system over the years, and often repairing or adjusting items we thought we're going to cost us a small fortune… Saving us money in the bargain. Brian Johnson is a great American, and runs a great company. Highly recommended!
Commonwealth always delivers honest, high quality service. My central air wasn’t cooling last week, called on a Monday morning and they came out that afternoon to troubleshoot & fix. Didn’t try to sell me a new system, no upselling additional services I didn’t need - to the contrary, when I asked if we should do something additional, Mark flat out told me no and why it wasn’t a good idea at this time. Love this company and will continue to use them, you should too!
