I've had another company servicing my unit since they unstalled in in 2016. I was continually getting error codes and they that they kept saying was because this expensive unit was finicky. My system just didn't seem to be operating at full capacity despite regular service. Tried Nice today and they were able to send someone out today that addressed all the errors and i can already feel a difference. Wish i had switched years ago. Knowledgeable technician as well as courteous. I am very grateful to become a new customer.
He is good but always he suggests reasonable price but you see few times more charge

Denis from NICE did the routine spring/summer maintenance and check-up as well as replace a piece of worn out equipment. He also installed an electronic air filter and did a great job of making me comfortable changing the filters as needed. He also gave me good info on how to make my system more efficient and effective. Thanks Denis.

Such excellent customer service! Denis Vigil was professional, informed, and competent. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with our HVAC and laid out our options. I am SO pleased that we called Nice Heating and Air and look forward to continuing our business with them in the future.
The technician was polite, thorough, explaining the process as it proceeded, showed the defective parts, etc. I am pleased with this service and signed up for the semi-annual maintenance check program.
Anthony did a comprehensive and professional inspection of our system. Great service and attitude! Update June 2023: unfortunately after 2 years of trusting Nice with my HVAC needs, I have seen a disappointing trend. Every time they perform maintenance they seem to want to charge me anywhere from $500-$1600 for recommended services. Sometimes they can be very pushy. One of the techs even said that “they don’t really make money off the maintenance visits “. They are starting to lose my trust.
Hayden was great. He was able to get my problem resolved and definitely went above and beyond. I’d recommend him highly!
My AC went out. I contacted nice heating and air and made a same day appointment. They called and were able to come early. Fredy Trinidad was the service tech. He was professional. He explained my options and proceeded with the repair. I have been very pleased with the results!"🙏

After consideration and your excellent customer service, I decided to invest in a new HVAC and water heater with Nice Heating & Air, and they are scheduled to install it next week. I have already signed up with the membership previously, and I believe there will be much peace of mind with the membership plan and warranties offered. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying a long member with Nice Heating & Air.
