They installed a new AC and heater for use in April of 2021. I loved that they were upfront with their pricing, rebates, and time line for installation. They were very honest and didn't try to up sell me on anything.
I used Pro Heating & Air to replace my 25-year old AC and furnace units. Big shout out to Will, Hugo, Wayne and team for an amazing install! BEST affordable service I've experienced.
Charged me just under $200 to come and put in a $20 capacitor from Allred's supply in Orem. Took them only 15 minutes, so at least they were fast once they arrived. Call someone else or go pick up the part yourself, that's what I should have done.
I have used Professional Heating and Air Conditioning now since I built my home back in 2002. They did my original install and have done routine maintenance on the system as I have needed over the years. I have always been impressed with their professionalism, price point value and their high quality of work. My AC went out this past weekend and Kelly showed up on time and replaced the capacitor that had gone out as well as my old thermostat at my request and his recommendation. Kelly was very pleasant and extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He programmed my thermostat and showed me how to use it as well. I have been using them for 18 years now and I will continue to use them into the future. These guys are a head and shoulders above their peers. Over the past three summers we’ve dealt with several companies to help limp our ac system along through a home warranty. Last year I dropped the warranty and consulted with Kelly from Professional who was the smartest, most pleasant, and honest tech that we dealt with. He fixed our system and told me that when I was ready to replace my system, that Professional puts their furnace units on platforms with offsets and 4 inch filters to increase air flow from the bottom as well as the side. That idea intrigued me and we had them install a new system for us this year. The process was incredibly smooth, absolutely fair priced, and I couldn’t be happier with the equipment and install. Should anything else come up in the future, I’ll call these guys first.

Wow! Great service. I'm recommending all my friends use these guys. We had a pretty complex furnace issue and Kelly worked until he could confirm the problem was accurately identified and fixed.

10+ stars! Absolutely the most HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY hvac company. They fixed our furnace when no one else could and figured out why our ac hasn't worked right since they were both installed 6 years ago by a different company! They are also extremely reasonably priced! They don't overcharge at all! We will be life long customers!!

We received bids on a new A/C unit from a number of companies before we decided to go with ProFessional. We highly recommend ProFessional for many reasons: they are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, and client friendly. Jared, Logan, and Matt did everything we needed in an efficient manner. They explained the details of effectively using our new Bryant Preferred unit and the 10 year warranty. We could not be more satisfied with their work. We suggest that you call ProFessional before you hire any other company for your air conditioning issues. They are the BEST!

Kelly diagnosed the issue immediately, replaced one of the furnace motors within an hour with one that he had in his truck, and there were no surprises with the bill. I would definitely use PH&AC again and recommend them to others!
They came out within an hour, fixed our problem quickly and even honored a coupon from a previous owner of the company. Very satisfied!
