Mason came out the day we needed him. He was amazing, professional and quick. So impressed with him. Mason and Roger both helped us before, when they were with another company. They are fantastic. Great assets to Admiral. The person who answered the phone and coordinated the work getting done was wonderful too!
I couldn’t have received better service. The technician went the extra mile and was willing to problem solve issues. He was professional explained. Everything did his work quickly and neatly and cleaned up after himself. He even waited for me to call Lynn another issue that I had not remembered so that he could also get authorization to fix that as well.
I called Admiral because I had a bad leak in my kitchen sink. John fixed that leak completely, but also noticed that I needed a pressure regulator where the water main enters my house. We had recently replaced polybutylene pipe with pex, but our contractor didn’t install a pressure regulator in the pex. As we were talking with John, we also mentioned that we had heard some pipe hammering when operating our washer, so he installed some dampeners to help with that. He did all this in just a couple of hours and it was all a major relief. What really took his service over the top was that he came back a few days later to help with a leak in our new shower (installed by the same contractor who had installed the pex), but he didn’t even charge us for his time. He completely fixed that leak, too. I’ve worked with plumbers from big national companies like Roto-Rooter in the past and their service and fees are are horrible. This isn’t my first good experience with Admiral, though, and I’ll be going with them from now on.
Leaving a 1 star review because they engaged in unsolicited robocalling to a number that is on the national Do Not Call list.
They came out very quickly and were able to fix our problem right away. We would use them again and would recommend them to others. They were very professional!
Jon was our tech. He was knowledgeable quick, ontime and friendly. He did the work with great skill and everything came out looking good and working well
John was amazing. He got to the appointment within the expected time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution. After the job was done, he cleaned up after himself and made it seem as if he was never there (issue fixed, of course). Would use them again in a heartbeat.
John was able to take care of my plumbing needs quickly and on time. He was professional and let me know right away what the cost would be. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.
3 weeks ago we had a lot going on in life with health problems and the last thing we needed was our ac not working cald admiral 730 am and by noon that day it was fixed thank guy's we needed that
John White from Admiral plumbing has been incredibly helpful in our plumbing needs. We have used him multiple times and in each instance he is quick to respond. We had two tank water heaters both of which began leaking. He clearly outlined the possible options for resolution and once we informed him he was out the next day to begin installing a tankless water heater and water softener. His work on the install was clean and completed quickly. The second instance we utilized John with Admiral Plumbing was due to a faulty valve for our refrigerator supply line. We called him late in the day and he was out first thing the following morning to address. The responsiveness and quality of work is why we will continue to use Admiral Plumbing for all of our needs.
Admiral installed my HVAC system and recently did the plumbing work for a bathroom addition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and their work!

After we had a different company check out our broken AC with no solution, I contacted Shaun. I’m very happy I found him. I texted him a few questions and he was able to discover the issue, order parts, and was here to repair the AC in a few short days. I’m still shocked that the unnamed company couldn’t solve what Shaun figured out through texting. I will be a lifetime customer.

Jonathan Fait came out for Admiral Plumbing to fix a pipe that leaked due to the freezing winter. He was on time, and professional. It was a fair value, and they sent someone out the same day I called. Office girl was courteous and professional, too. This is my 2nd time using Admiral, and I highly recommend them.
Roger came to service our AC system. He was very polite and professional. He shared all of the testing that he did on our AC and the results. He found that our AC is about to go on us and explained why. Wile this was not good news he was very professional and did not push to have the system replaced right now. He answered all of our questions and took our system information so we could get an idea of the cost we would be looking at when we are ready to get a new system. Jim then called soon after Roger left and gave us all of the information we needed on a new system. He also did not push to have the system put in now and was also very professional. Once our AC dies we will be calling them to have it replaced for sure! A+++ for this company I highly recommend them!
I was so impressed with Bill. He made the best of a horrible situation we had. He was professional and came out on a Friday evening when no other plumber would come. He is our new go-to plumber.
