Price Quote on new System was going to cost me $69 a little expensive to get an estimate in my opinion.
They came out and looked at my leaky water heater and it was jest a leak on top of the it the pipes. Saved me the cost of a water heater. it was about $150. to change out the piping. I was very happy with every thing. Tim P.S they change there Name to Expert Plumbing too.
Scott came to my house today and spent hours trying to figure out what was causing a co2 leak at my house. We ended up not using him to fix the problem because of a lack of funds on our part. He was kind to me and wasn't rude after being let down by our decision. I will only use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs!
We called up Benjamin Franklin plumbing after reading some very positive reviews online. They were all true! Scott was our plumber and was so friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again! (And surely will because we sorely lack plumbing skills...)
Called, set up an appointment. No one showed up. I called back and left a message -- no one returned my call.
Fast service, and friendly professional technicians. Had a leak in the basement, they responded quickly and fixed the problem at a great price, and also didn't leave a mess for us to clean up after.
Our furnace went out within 6 months of buying a new home. Luckily we had a home warranty, and they sent out Benjamin Franklin Heating and Plumbing. Richard came out, and did a great job. He saw the issue would probably cost more in parts than a new furnace and worked it out with the warranty to get us one. The return visit was to get the new furnace installed. Even though this was all he was out for and all he was being paid for, I had some questions about other things in the home like our water softener, water quality, and the general heating and air conditioning in the house. Richard was very kind and answered all of my questions. He gave great advice and tested our water for free (thankfully no issues). When I asked about different services and upgrades, he described them and was able to give quotes without pushing anything. It was a great experience. Thanks Richard!
They came the same day I called them, even though it wasn't an emergency. Allen is very knowledgeable and experienced. They have set prices, which are very fair, for specific jobs so you know exactly how much things are going to cost. Allen was never pushy on up-selling. I had my sewer line cleaned out, root-x treatment and the camera view of inside my pipes. He gave me a nice discount on top of the standard 10% military discount. Will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of services they offer!

Eric was very professional - he called before he arrived (and was even able to be flexible with when he arrived), he went immediately to see what our problem was and explained everything, including answering questions I brought up to him so I would understand the situation better. He looked at the whole situation before he tackled the task, and was done quickly. He was calm, professional and efficient. Very glad to know our home is now in great shape again after his visit!
I had a problem with howling pipes. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Pleasant Grove. They were able to send someone that day. He was very professional took time to track the problem down. He recommended I not make a decision until he called an associate with more experience with our problem. It was a Friday. I wasn't expecting them to be able to come back after hours to troubleshoot, yet they were willing to do so. The problem was solved, not as serious as I thought it was going to be. The pressure needed adjusting, which he did. I've had problems with other plumbing companies, not so with this company. They will be our family's plumber from this day on. I'm happy to recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

I have had problems with my shower drain clogging several times lately, and so I decided to call a professional to come fix it. This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin and I couldn't have been more pleased! They had a repairman to my house within 30 minutes of my call! Eric was extremely professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and also recommended a water softener to help with the hard water that was causing the blockage in the first place. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Eric/Benjamin Franklin again!
This was our first experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and we couldn't have been more pleased. Jon Harvey was extremely friendly, helpful, and clearly explained our different options. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very personable. As very recent first-time home buyers, we were wary of receiving poor service or being overcharged. Our experience with Jon completely put those fears to rest. I would recommend Jon's services to anyone that needs plumbing help.

It was scary picking someone from the long list advertised, but I was very lucky and pleased with TJ ... he gave me good advice, stayed for several hours fixing a couple of things, and yet didn't charge me more than the upfront bid, which was very fair. I was trying to get things ready for a party, so the fact that he did things the same day was especially appreciated! I now can say I have a plumber that I recommend.
