I called Paul Bros to come look at my AC/ Furnace as it was not getting any power and would not turn on. Within 24 hrs Derrick was out to my house and had the issue fixed and my A/C and furnance up running again. Derrick was very professional and knowledgeable and they were very fairly priced as well. I also appreciated that they didn't just tell me I needed a whole new unit, when it was something that could just be fixed. I will definitely use them again in the future and would most definitely refer them to all my friends and family.
Paul Brothers is incredibly professional, prompt, reliable and trustworthy. They analyzed our broken AC, provided various options and did not try to upsell us even once (which is remarkable these days). With no pressure, we chose to have a new American Standard system installed. Their team dismantled the old system, installed the new and provided upgrades along with an explanation on how to make the new system last longer. For the first time in days, we are enjoying cooler air and look forward to it all summer. Scott Paul (one of the brothers) even called back to check and ensure all was running right. That's service. We highly recommend them! Stay cool!
We refer Paul Brothers on projects we do not handle as well as maintenance on our system at our shop. We do so because we know our customers will be in good hands. Highly recommend.

Paul brothers have helped me complete a project moving my furnace and reworking duct work. The crew they had sent out did a great job! They were professional and cleaned up the mess. They took care to lay down drop clothes and keep my carpets clean! Great company and great work! Highly recommend!

Super impressed with this company! Scott, one of the brothers, came after hours to my home and repaired our furnace that had broken yesterday. He was polite, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced! I called two other places who wanted to charge me a $69 fee just to show up and they were not even going to apply that fee toward a repair! I highly recommend this company without hesitation! Professional, affordable, honest, reliable and they didn’t charge me an after hours service call fee either! (another company I called wanted to charge me $149 to show up after 5 PM! - considered “after hours service fee”- Ridiculous!) I will recommend this company to everyone I know!
These guys are just awesome to work with. Rather than replacing entire HVAC units, they are happy to fix everything I’ve done them; at what I consider, very good pricing. If your looking for honest Hvac guys call Paul Bothers. And a big shout out to Derek, for his awesome service.
I cant say enough good things about the Paul Bros. They have an astronomical amount of experience between them I had a big job I needed done so I called the Bros. They drove 4 hours rented a hotel and worked the weekend to get it done. They worked 9 AM to 10 PM one day. Made sure it was done correctly and accurately. They refused to cut corners and even came back on a Sunday just to run final checks one more time. They are passionate about the work they do and you can't go wrong with the Bros. Thanks for all your hard work and patience.
My 30+ year old AC unit that I acquired while moving in finally died on me. Paul Bro's came out same day to take a look and provided inexpensive things to try. Their suggestions only cost the minimal service call fee and lasted for about 2 weeks, but the unit stopped cooling again. I gave them another call and they came out next day for a deeper dive into the problem. That is when we determined we needed to replace the unit with a new one. They had a new unit installed and running within 2 days and at a great price. The new unit is working great and doing a much better job than our older unit was performing. We have a second unit upstairs that was working overtime to make up for the old units failures. Now the new unit is not only keeping the lower levels cool, but also relieving the upstairs units workload. Paul Bro's were fast, professional, and incredibly responsive. On time, every time. 5 thumbs up from me.

These guys were quick to come out but when it came time to install the part it was a disaster. We were told they would be out on Saturday and no one showed up so I was told it would be Monday - I never heard back on Monday and 5 days went by followed up again. Finally got a another appointment scheduled for the following week and AGAIN didn’t show up so I had to follow up yet again. I get it’s a busy season but common courtesy would have been appreciated. Not a simple text or call to even let me know that they couldn’t show up or we’re running late. Oh well, I’ll need to get unit soon and I definitely won’t be reaching back out to these guys.
Scott Paul came to my place to make a work estimation. He is very nice and honest. Even if some repair we needed was not from this company's service, Scott's recommendation was perfect! Thank you for your great help!
These guys are great. Scott took my call at 9PM on a Sunday and was out the following Monday to get my AC back up and running. He had my system running in no time and even went as far as calling the manufacturer to get me warranty information.
Scott Paul is a consummate professional and very good at what he does. He is fair, honest, and responsive, and he immediately came out to repair my broken AC unit on a Saturday even though it’s his busiest season of the year. He knew exactly what to do, charged me the bare minimum to do it, and my AC has been working great since. I recommend his services highly and without reservation.

Scott helped out with an issue we had with our furnace and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part with him to fix the problem on the spot. 20 minutes later I was back up and running. He even did a quick check on several key points while he had things apart. In short, he was super friendly, professional and does good work. Will be using Paul Brothers from now on whenever we have furnace/AC/HVAC issues or in need of service work.
