I needed some HVAC materials and found Allred’s on Google. Why didn’t I know about these guys before? They have everything I needed, and Troy was super helpful.
I have used these guys for years, top notch all the way. They are big enough to have what I need and small enough to not get caught up in "corporate" nonsense. Katie is awesome!
Fast courteous help always have what I need
On a Friday afternoon not able to get a service tech out until Monday my 94 year old neighbor asked if I could help since temperatures dropped to into the 40's. I diagnosed the part needed to fix his furnace. With the part in hand I went to Allred's to see if they had what I needed. They were friendly and greeted me when I entered. They helped me locate the correct replacement part and they had it in stock. There was a part that I wasn't going to replace that was a more common failure and since it was late they suggest that I get it as well, with the reassurance that I could return it if it wasn't needed. I was able to get the furnace fixed that day and I returned the the part that wasn't needed the following Monday without any problems. Just like at any supply company there are some safety items that require a contractors license to buy. Thanks for the great service.
The guys at this location are GREAT!! They’re so helpful and nice, and I swear they remember everyone who comes in, just amazing customer service. As a female HVAC technician, I also really appreciate that the bathrooms are always clean!

I'll start by saying customer service here is great! I got the run around from multiple other hvac supply stores, apparently it is pretty standard around here for supply stores to only sell to contractors.. Allred's wants your business even if you aren't a contractor, just make sure to have the part number for what you're looking for when you show up, call if you're not sure.
This place is awesome my condenser fan motor went out on my AC unit and I could not find one. I ordered one but it wouldn't be here for a week. So I decided to try this place in hopes they would have the Motor that I needed. When I got there I asked the guy at the counter if he sold any Armstrong air motors he said yes I gave him the part number to my old Motor and he matched it with a brand new one he also gave me the right capacitor for my unit. These guys totally saved me from having a very hot weekend they are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs anything to do with hvac I will definitely be going back For future needs I'm so glad I found this place.

I have buy from them from May 2020 and always have been a nice experience. They have great products and very experiences friendly and helpful staff. The RHEEM line of products is excellent and the COMOFORTAIRE line help us to help marginal customers. Very satisfied with them
I go here for do-it-yourself home repair for HVAC parts and they treat me great every time I'm in. I've been to other distributors and commonly get an attitude like I'm not supposed to be there - even when they allow cash purchasing. Allred's employees help me with anything I need. They have shown me where things are with a smile on their faces. I would definitely recommend them and everything is a great price!
Had everything the other supply shops were out of
no follow through by employees (two specially but I won’t name names here). no one answers phones when closing time nears (15 minutes prior .... I tried several times) when calling the Midvale store, they often don’t answer and the call forwards to a different location. its not uncommon to stand at the front desk area and not get any acknowledgment / help from the employees ... too busy I guess. Anything like, “be right with you” goes a long way instead of ignoring (they didn’t look “too busy” ... just poor customer service)
