Harry is INCREDIBLE!! Our A/C wasn't working and we were stumped on what it could be. We're in the middle of a really big remodel and stressed when the A/C stopped working. He came out on a Sunday and found the source of our issue immediately! It was an Electrical issue on our end and nothing to do with our new unit. He was soo nice, helpful and someone I always want to work with for all of our Furnace and Central air needs! I'm referring Harry and Barlow Service to Everyone I know!! THANK YOU

Danielle & Harry we’re absolutely amazing. Immediately identified my AC issues. Provided small changes to make so as to prevent it in the future and instead of pitching me an exorbitant amount for something I didn’t need they got my AC up I’m running in less the 30mins. When it comes to “taking care of the customer” the professionalism I experienced with Danielle and Harry tonight have definitely earned my business. Also from the time I placed my call for service (after hours, 8:30pm) to the time they showed up at my door was less then 25mins. Crazy fast for an after hours call.

Harry Boswell did a very great job on repairing my A/C today very thorough and explained everything in detail. Membership was offered and was the right choice to have the furnace and a/c maintained through out the year.

Excellent experience. Company had a cancellation and sent tech Brandon to our home same day. He was on time, professional, communicative, credible, thorough, and reasonable. He identified the likely issue, gave a recommendation and fee quote, and resolved the issue quickly and effectively. We noticed a major change in our AC immediately. The invoice and pictures were terrific. The pics showed the issues identified and the work needed. Very helpful. Super happy with the process from end to end. Our tech, Brandon, was terrific.

We have two houses and Barlow Service Experts help us take care of both. When our hot water suddenly went out a couple weeks ago, we were super grateful that our water heater was on their advantage plan. They sent over a plumber right way. I wish I could remember his name, but he was fantastic. He was able to fix the problem quickly, kept us in the loop while he was working and costs were covered by our advantage plan member. It was such a relief. We also participate in their maintenance program. This last month Jill, Dan, and Roberto came over both our homes to make sure our furnace and air condtioning were running well, and that the filters were changed. They are friendly, on time, and break down what is going on in a way that is easy to understand. Jill helped our air-conditioning run more effectively at one house and Roberto and Dan helped us get on an Advantage plan for the furnace at the other house. We are super happy with Barlow Service Experts. We recommend them to everyone!

Brandon and Daniel Elmer were absolutely amazing! No car salesman speeches or selling me stuff we didn’t need. They advised of issues that will be arising but didn’t try getting us to pay NOW since they were still working. Honest on time and very detailed. We have used Barlow Service Experts for our HVAC needs for many years. They are always prompt, professional, and always answer questions throughly.
