San was great. He listened to us and didn’t dismiss our concerns. He diagnosed and fixed the issues with our AC when a lot of others couldn’t.
I have had an HVAC from this company for less than a year, and had a problem with a dissonant sound on the floor below the unit since it was Instslled. I had a couple of techs come to adjust things that made it a bit better, but today Adam is the superhero! He looked at a couple more areas and discovered that it was my return vent! He took the return vent off and problem solved! He is helping me get a new one. It wasn't the HVAC, it was the venting system! I am so relieved to have the dissonance gone! Thank you "YES!" for continuing to work on this until the problem was solved for me!

We had a challenge with 2 prior HVAC companies not showing up and being able to figure out how to solve our AC challenges. Absolute was called 3rd and I realize I should have called them first. From the call center to the text messages with info on our technician coming on site, to the techs that worked on our unit here to the follow up letter and cookies, yep cookies after, this was a great overall experience and we will use them in the future for our HVAC needs. Thanks again.

I've used them before and I'll use them again because they're one of the few fish in the ocean of AC sharks that aren't shady, greedy, or downright unethical. When you find a mechanic who does good work at a fair price, that you can trust, you don't take your car anywhere else. Same with these guys for AC.

Absolute Air has been wonderful to work with. They installed a new HAVAC system in our home. They were fast and professional. The AC was having a minor issue and came right out and fixed it on a Saturday no less. I’m very pleased and would recommend Absolute Air to others.
Ben was awesome! He was very professional and thorough. He gave me some gave me some great advice and suggestions but didn’t push me like a sales person. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. Really enjoyed having Ben and will be using absolute air in the future.
