I had an emergency situation at my home after Any Hour electrical services blew up my furnace. I made one call to Ron at Alder‘s Heating and Cooling. Ron showed up to my house in less than 30 minutes and was able to fix my furnace for a 10th of the cost Any Hour wanted to charge and it only took him seven minutes. I highly recommend Ron. He is honest, fair, and just an all out great Lehi man. Thanks Ron! My family is grateful to you.
From somebody that is in the industry, they have acceptable customer service but the business itself isn't worth the dollar charged. They left trash from the thermostat in my hallway on the floor, I walked in my room when I got off work and stepped on a 1/4" screw, luckily I still had my shoes on, walked back out of my room and they had dropped at least 4 screw from my room to the living room (5ft) that I've found so far. My coil isn't even sitting on the unit straight and is pulling major air from the side. Great people, BAD business.
They came and put in AC in the apartment I rent. They did a great job!! Respectful and professional

Ron was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a new part. Had it installed very quickly. Everything is working well now. He's also very nice. So glad I went with them.
I called and though they were booked out a few weeks, I was able to run my AC findings by them and in a 10 minute phone call they confirmed what I thought and I was able to fix the AC myself for very little money. I appreciate when businesses help out, even when it doesn't directly benefit them. Hoping this positive review sends some good karma back their way.
These guys what can I say they are miracle workers. I had my ac out July 3rd they were here and needed a part and all the shops were closed for the 4th. Unfortunately tried everything need to wait till part shops are open on Monday. He knocks on my door Saturday 4th of July seeing if he can fix it. He fixed it got AC running and was one of the nicest easy going guys I have encountered. Thanks man you really turned my entire week around and it made me feel like this company really cares about people. I will forever and always use them as my heating and air company and always be referring to them anytime someone needs a good one. Stellar job guys I would give you 10 stars if I could
The Alder's were so incredible to work with. I needed ductwork done for finishing my basement and they gave a very reasonable quote compared to other companies, they were able to come out the exact day I needed, they showed up exactly on time, we're super friendly and did a great job. A few days later, I realized that a couple of the vents were installed right where I wanted to put a ceiling beam. They didn't know that, completely my mistake, but I contacted Ron and he gladly fixed it the next day! Just a great honest business with one more very satisfied customer.

I called and they came out the same day. My air conditioner was over 20 year old and was in bad shape. They came the next day and installed my new. Did a great job for a good price. THANK YOU
It sucks to have ac problems right as the hot season is starting. Ron was able to come to my house the next day and have ever take care of within a few hours. He also gave me some things to troubleshoot before he came out to see if I really did have a problem he needed to look at. If I have any issues in the future I'll be giving these guys a call.

This is a long overdue review. We moved into our home over two years ago and had Ron come out and refit the (new) home with a better furnace and A/C. Ron gave us some great recommendations that every day I have enjoyed. I wanted it to be cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. I wanted it to rapidly accomplish the task of doing what I just stated and Ron put together a wonderful system. I love our home and in part because we have such great control of the condition of our environment we live in. If you want great service and a honest man to deal with then I would recommend Alder's. Just had these guys come out and fix my AC. Fast, efficient and friendly. These are the guys you want to call cause they aren't going to overcharge you and they don't make you feel like an idiot. Forget anyone else, store this number in your phone and get the job done right.

Ron is great. He is very professional and very experienced. I was impressed that he gave me advise over the phone, to try and have me fix the problem myself so I wouldn't have to pay to have him come out if it was something simple. I still needed him to check out the AC and he was able to get right out to take care of the problem. He was very friendly to me and my family. I highly recommend him to everyone.
